- This video I use heat transfer vinyl to press 80 shirts. Took me 5 days to complete the process. AND I would do it again if the customer reorders from me again. I used Thermoflex plus black and yellow..

Tip for u bro, when weeding, turn ur heat press on, lay the vinyl that had been cut close to the heat but not right next to it, just enough to warm the vinyl and then weed it, it comes away from the sheet much easier 👍🏼
Ok!!! Thanks for tip and watching...
I heard that before too
Thank you.
you are a strong man for using vinyl on 80 tees instead of screenprint.
Hustler!!! But have gotten into screen printing since.. Now im like dude ur crazy.. lol
Awesome job. I just got my 1st big order for almost 70 shirts(the order keeps growing). I'm going to use my vinyl cutter to printer a template and use it to screen print the shirts. Then I'll use my heating press to cure the ink. I've never screen printing before but it will save so much time.
Yeah it eill save time..
My son(I'm assuming that's your daughter) helps me too. He's amazing, I don't know how I'd do it without him. You did great!
Yeah thoes are my daughters. They love to help..Thamks for watching.
You did a great job with those 80 shirts. I did a rush order of 30 shirts in two days so I cant even imagine doing 80 shirts. Once again Great Job!
Thanks for comment...
I did an 80 shirt family reunion order once. 4 colors layered with htv while doing that order. I got myself set up with screen printing and I finished up the order with that... Keep up the hard work
Great job. Trust me I've been in this situation myself and it took forever. If I wasn't screen printing my own stuff now and was faced with this same situation I would just be the middle man and take the stuff to a screen printer. It may cut your profit down to only 15 or 20 percent but the time saved will allow you to work on other orders while this one is getting printed. Keep up the good work!!!
Thanks!!
Great job! Suggestion....this tip saved my transfer life and my floor....use wax paper (dollar tree) in between them....make sure to use the rough side on transfer sticky side...and stack away! Hope this helps!
Nice!!!! Thanks for help.. I got an order for 10 coming up and gonna give it a try..
Omg! Great Job!! The most I've done is 156, but I did the print then cut with the cricut and that took me soooooo long. The most I've done with my heat press was 75 shirts for a cheer squad and that was 2 different designs. I really want to get into embroidery and screen printing, but I'm intimidated right now lol. But thanks again for sharing!! Keep up the great work. New subbie!!
Awesome!! Keep hustling and thanks for Subscribing..
Exactly what are you afraid of Willis?
@@naturalhealthrevolution1518 I'm afraid that I'll mix up something lol...I've been binge watching videos to see the stabilizers and needles etc...I got an embroidery machine for Christmas and I haven't even opened it yet...you got any tips for me?
You're right brother, I do both screen and press, and to press that many shirts I commend you brother. Sometimes just heat pressing a few shirts for an order with multi colors, it's enough for me. Keep up the great work!
Thanks!!
Nice job! Suggestion... next time line up sleeves all along the edges of your press, and press at the same time. Maybe, 12 at a time... depending on how big your press is.
Didnt thinks of that... THANKS!!!!
Lol I would of pressed one sleeve at a time. Thanks for the suggestion
great suggestion I'll definitely have to try
How long then
????
CRAZY! Good job on the hustle, being a screen printer I appreciate the hard work you went through for this order. Respect!
Thanks!!! Im looking for some screen printing equipment. Any suggestions?
@@HeartHustlePrinting Looks up Ryonet, they usually have some good starter packages and also have training classes if you can attend.
Thanks for info James..
Just wanted to add thanks for you and your families sacrifices. I’m a retired jarhead and know how hard it can be at times. Once again thanks!
Thank you forcyour service alsi!!!
Use a scrapbook binder and heavy duty sheet protectors and you can add your weeded designs to the sheet protectors so you don’t have them laying all over your space and risking getting dirty just a hint
Thanks... Yeah one had fell and I had to pick out lint and hair what was on floor.. THANKS again for tip. Ill take all I can...
When I do all of them at once I put them stick into the others back and I never had any problems. Sometimes I do 300 or the last big one were 1500 prints and i did the same and no problem.
Nice!!!!
Do you stick the weeded design to the sheet protectors?
Na i probably should L.B.M Cedillo told me about that but havent. Im actually doing 9 shirts now and im just putting them on top of each other..
Killin it with the press. Thanks for all the tips and tricks
Thanks!!!
Awesome work I've been following you for a while and your work keeps getting better and better. Keep it up
Thanks
That's incredible work mate... was great to watch even though I don't own any of these equipment and just watching to learn.
Thanks for watching..
@@HeartHustlePrinting It's great to see people like yourself taking the time to share the information mate. I wish you all the very best in your venture. Great learning from you. Thank you once again. ;)
@@MobijubNo problem.. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for posting the video. I learned how to regroup selected image
You are nuts man. You weeded 8o designs? Nah not me. I send the design to get screen printed onto transfers and then i press em. More power to you tho
Yeah next time im going to try that. Who do you use sir?
@@HeartHustlePrinting f&m Expressions. For one color design they charge 15 cents plus set up fee of 25 dollars.
Ok thanks !!!
THAT PART!
FM has 2 color design for .75 each with $60 set up. I'm pretty sure you can align the design before pressing some kind of way. We recently tried it.
I’m learning how to do T-shirt’s now. I’d love to be able to do multi colors soon. Thank you for your videos!!
No problem Sunny thanks for watching. Make sure you click the bell so you will be notified when I put out new videos.
Im still at the "ok so i need a computer" phase
Yeah you will need a computer OG..
Nice job 👍🏻 Hi from the UK 🇬🇧
Thanks Alex.. Thanks for watching.
That was awesome that you for an order this large. Keep it up, good job
Thanks for watching!!! Subscribe to keep up with new stuff coming out.
Keep it up. I want to try this HTV. I’m more into screen printing. Based my research I found out that HTV breaks off and peels off.
Yeah probably after time.. But you can say the same for screen printing. Starts to crack im looking to start screens with probably 2 color press..Any suggestions?
Heart & Hustle Printing You are right. Water base starts fading and plastisol breaks off. Two color screen printing to start with good idea. If you haven’t done it before. It takes time to learn about emulation and burn or transfer the image to the mesh.
I haven't started , but from what Iv see online it all that you. Not just creata and cut an image.
Bro Great Video!! I respect your hustle!!
Thanks bro!!!
Awesome videos. I need to look into thermoflex. I used other brands and had problems with it peeling off. I'm still trying to figure things out. Congratulations on your channel. It's taking off brother 😎
Damn bro that’s a real hustle! I have turned down jobs that big because I have a full time job and they needed fast turn around but now come to think I should’ve accepted the order.
For all those saying that he did too much work and that it would have been cheaper to outsource with screen printed heat transfers or with plain old screen printing, here is what I have to say.
He more than likely likes working with vinyl and it’s clearly a hustler so he doesn’t mind getting to work plus I read that he sold the shirts for 15 dlls each! If we do the math it’s 80x15=1200 even if shirts and vinyl totaled to be 200 that’s 1000 in his pocket for 5 days of work, and I’m no expert but I think he added about 40 dlls more to his home electricity bill so let’s say he made 960 for working one week. That’s like having a job that pays $24 p/ hour 8 hours a day from Monday-Friday. Sounds good to me.
Thanks for comment bro!! Doing this on the side while I still working an average of 60hr a week. All i can say is YOU NAILED YOU!!!!!!
Nice job!
Weeding the flags looks like a nightmare. A place like transfer express could have made them for you. I’m not a fan of weeding. Nice job on the shirts.
Thanks!!
Definitely appreciate your hustle! Good video!
Thank bro....
Great job. Alotta hustle.
seems u got ur blade settings tuned in right, way you peeled those large designs seems good quality vinyl, thou veeding the US flag all them stars id feel the pain. but quality work and dedication. thumbs up
Yeah I did. I had a subscriber send me a new vector where I dont have to weed the stars and thats so much better.... Thanks for watching!!!
I'm just getting started in all this, its cool to see someone go through with such a big order all heat pressed. This is the first video of yours I am seeing, so I don't know if you've talked about it before, but maybe using a hat press for your sleeve hits would be easier than the large press? If you have before is there a reason you didn't with this run, and if not, maybe give it a shot and make a video. I respect the hustle big time though!
Thanks for watching... Yeah it would have been eaiser but, if you dont have one you gotta do what you gotta do.... I have thought of getting one just haven't decided if im going to stick with vinyl or switch to screen printing...
Heat transfer ware house here and we use same vinyl
Hey good job dude your work looks great and u make it look sooo easy
Thanks!!!! Im trying to help out anyone whos tring to get started and walk them through the process.
Proud of u, Bro.
Steppong it up since then. Now screen printing.
I'ma get there. Keep pressing forward!
Wow that's a heck of a lot of weeding, what a great job..what was the total time for this job..I am still learning myself as it took me over 8 hours to do 10 polo shirts with left chest & back in vinyl + small transfer on each sleave and 6 zipped hoodies with just left chest & back.
I am always nervous with placement and I have the same guides you have but still triple check.
Rick
Took total of 5 days. Yeah I always double check also.. Thanks for watching..
hope you charged a premium, lots of work to weed that much product. I use a small press for sleeves, you can alter the bottom plate to pull on the sleeves, speeds up tremendously. But frankly any order over a dozen I suggest you order plastisol transfers online and just press them. That way you still control your inventory and spend a fraction of the time to make them. But man, you sure have dedication, you're a dying species, cheers brother!
Thanks for the info and kind words Sirius Mate.. Since this video i have used Plastisol Transfers. I have also started screen printing.
That’s bad ass font.. what is it called?
👏👏👏gotta respect the hustle💯
Thanks... Now I have a 6 color 6 station Anatol Thunder!
@@HeartHustlePrinting congrats man💯 I'm trying to get started myself, any recommendations for a beginner?
Only you know your budget... Get whats best for you... 3 main things you will need. Computer, Vinyl Cutter, and a heatpress... In description this a link to a vinyl cutter and some other thing.
@@HeartHustlePrinting thanks bro, I will check it out
Thanks for the info bro.
No problem. Thanks for watching..
Good work man I love making a peril with vinyl but it just takes too long I'm in the process of building my own direct to garment printer as well as buying a screen printing press. Doing shirts with vinyl is cool if you're doing like one big single color design but you can't do what you can do with direct to garment or screen printing it just takes to much time. It's kind of a disappointment to me actually
Yeah hopefully im goning to pick up screen printing.. Thanks for watching..

Can you not put multiple shirt sleeves on at once for pressing
I can I just perfer not to.
Great work
A LOT OF WORK BUT LOOKS GOOD.
Thanks for watching bro!
Hey i do the same thing but you should look into doing heat transfers with vinyl. FM Expressions.com. 1 only do up to 2 dozen for vinyl and thats depending on the artwork. Check that site out. It will help you a lot. Also why your cutter may have stopped. It could of had static electricity. You need to ground it to the wall and turn off the sleep mode on your laptop. Call the company where you bought the cutter from they should have one. Good video.
Yeah thats what I was thinking so I changed the time it would sleep.. Not totally sure but ylu might have just cleared it up for me. Thanks.
Thanks for the info.. Im looking into heat transfers. I have had alot of companies email me and their sending me some samples.. Thanks for watching and the great positive info...
Heck yea, way to grind it out. I pressed my first flag yesterday lol! Different software so I'm still trying to learn it.
What kind of softwear are you using?
@@HeartHustlePrinting the cameo software
We got it also, but I want to get the business edition softwear bc theres more features that come with it and make it eaiser to work on...
@@HeartHustlePrinting yes I'm going to upgrade this weekend. Do you have a Heart & Hustle Printing Facebook page?
Nice.. Man you know these programs they just give us the basic installation and to get more we have to pay more lol. But hopefully its good and pays its self off.. Below is link to FB page.
facebook.com/HeartandHustlePrinting/
dude did you weed out all them stars on every flag?
Oh yeah!!! True Hustler!!!
are the flags backwards? there are companies you can order the design from already weeded and layered for you if you have orders over 30. they will print and weed for you and all you have to do is press them. I have never had an order over 30 so I never used this but if I ever do, that will be my route cause that is a lot of weeding. I love that cutter because you can attach the entire roll. on the cricut you can only cut 12x24 at a time :(
No the flag is not backwards. Its an inverted flag to represent the Military. Yeah this video was awhile back if you look at my newer stuff you will see that I use alot of plastisol transfers now..
Nice Video .. As a screen printer I would prefer to do this on screens .. but still an amazing job. I also have the same plotter problems myself. Just a suggestion .. disable the screensaver, sleep and power-saver options and even internet connection on your laptop. My laptop was also going "bananas" sometimes. I just dedicated it to the operation of the plotter operation and now everything is going OK!.
Last question.. What are those earphones.. They look nice!
Thanks for watching video.. I reqlly wana give screen printing a shot. Thenks for tips on disabling.... Also, headphones are Bose soundsport..
Gonna be doing this for 20 shirts as soon as the stuff arrives. I am excited. the most I have ever done.
How do you know how many of each size to order though? Or was this an order from someone else.
The custome wanted a certain nuber of shits.. 30 m, 30 lg, and 20 Xl. Hope this is what you were asking...
How you Doing..I was looking at your video for a minute now I’ve been wanting to get started about 1-2 years ago couldn’t figure out what heat press to buy whether it was a clam shell or The other one so today you inspired me to get started I decided to buy Geo knight DK20 digital auto release.. now I’m looking to get a cutter and I see in one of your videos you were unboxing the R-serious is that a good cutter?
I'M GOOD THANKS FOR ASKING!!!!!!!!! Sir DON"T wait no longer!!!! Get started and it will be something you will enjoy to do. I started almost 1yr ago. I was scared, I WAS worried. When I purchased my equipment it was in the back of my mind. What if this doesn't work out, What if I don't get it or understand the program..... Now I look at my first couple videos and say WOW we did it and glad we did... The R Series II cutter is an AWESOME cutter to get started with for its price. You will not be lost sir bc I have posted videos on how to use program. When I first started there were no video so I decided to start this channel to help all who needed it.. I have been blessed with tons of awesome comments and subscribers... Then for you to say that I have INSPIRED YOU...…… WOW sir those are AWESOME words!!!! Stelth Bombers all the way!!!!!
How much did you charge for the eighty shirts
18.00 ea
What is that cushion u put under sleeve?
Its just a peice of carpet pading. Works perfect..
Great instructional video. Unfortunately however I noticed that when putting the shirts together that the flag was attached backwards on the sleeve. Protocol states that the union is always to be displayed to the left of the person looking at it, and since it appears these shirts were made for some sort of military event you can be sure that someone will be pointing that out to anyone wearing one.
On a cops uniform the flag is on left side.. On a Military uniform the flag is on our right. Google why is flag worn backwards on Militart uniform. Thanks for watchin and concern..
@@HeartHustlePrinting You are correct sir. I hadn't seen that explanation before. Sorry for the mix up.
No problem sir. It confuses people all the time.. We like to say it resembles us pushing foward and the flag blowing with the wind..
