Thanks for another great video reaction. Rock is alive and kicking when Frank is playing. The Power of Rock 'n' Roll is a fantastic album, highly recommended.

The Canadian Shredmaster... It is too bad he isn't physically able to play anymore but he is working on his second love, making amazing pedals and equipment.

Thank you for checking out one of my recomendations, take no notice of the naysayers, you're correct. Frank himself states that he sometimes plays too many notes but on a subconscious level he knew that he had been overlooked by the guitar fraternity throughout the 70's and come the 80's he wanted to show the new guitar stars like Vai, Satriani, Malmsteen and Van Halen that he also could do what they did, better even hence the over the top playing on this album.
There are many videos of Frank on youtube but all of them bar the Agora show from 2010 are very poor quality, check out some of them for a visual perspective of his prowess, you won't be dissapointed.
As a complete alternative can I recomend No Man and their song Angel Gets Caught In The Beauty Trap, probably the most beautiful song you've never heard,
    thanks again ❤

I went on my rant above regarding my feelings about Marino's genius. I was alerted to him through open-minded music lover's comments in YT. I checked out the No Man song you suggested. WOW! Thanks, I'm divin' in.

Canadians love Frank because Americans don't have anyone to point to and say "well, yeah but....." Yes, we got Jimi, the greatest, but Frank is the most epic arena rock god of all time. Period. Ever.

Pretty good. It reminds me of Thin Lizzy. Speaking of Lizzy, you guys are neglecting them , and that needs remedying.

I (Chris) quite enjoyed it, actually. Not something I would find myself searching for, but it's fun.

The bored naysayers in the comments below should probably hear what other guitar gods have to say about Frank. You know, people that ACTUALLY PLAY a guitar. In his top physical condition during the 70's & 80's, many top players did not want to be a following act him. It was OVER after he played. He is a live performer through and through.

Frank Marino was one of those guys in the 1970's whose reputation as a guitar player far exceeded any commercial success he had, which is all well and good, but not enough. There isn't really a song here.
