    Distracting yourself from emotions is REAL. I suffer from anxiety and instead of journalling a lot of the time - I just isolate myself and watch videos 🙃 being present in life is so needed 🙌🏾

      same here, I really start to think there are some core personality traits quite hard to get rid of. I think this girl is genuinely happy, probably is better using the term content... no a psychologist here but a good hint is looking back in the past and realising if you had a positive outlook towards things in the past, or it's something you have faced recently, or at some point in your life. Tbh I was already quite a melancholic kid during my infancy. We are all born with a peculiar personality, I really admire people so happy and upbeat, it's just not me. We need to accept the way we are, of course when the Anxiety and Depression get in the way we should act upon and we should be supported. I started to think about what I CAN do that it is in my control and I made a list of 4/5 things. Food is such an important part of the healing journey, as well as getting some exercise, it doesn't have to be super advanced but it surely makes a difference. Then meditation personally helps. Of course, there are more things, but atm I found useful just focusing on a few.

    I HATE when people ask me when I’m having kids. I’m 26 and have been dating my boyfriend for 5 years, and SO MANY people ask me(not him) when we are going to get married and have kids. I think it’s rude and no one else’s business!

      The best response I've heard to this question is "I don't know if it's in the cards for us." It doesn't say anything about your own plans/timeline but it really makes the person asking the question take a pause.

      100%. I'm 27 and been married for 4 years. My family stopped bugging about it but my inlaws never stop, no matter my response.
      I hate that a lot of women are pressured to feel that they only have worth if they've allowed themselves to become fertilized and pushed the product out their vagina... having kids is not all that matters in life.

    Hey Stef💕 I have been following your program for 2 months now and Im starting to see great results, I love your workout program structure but I am wondering what do you do about SharkWeek, Do you take it easy? How do you go about keeping the gains but also allowing rest during that time, Any tips? Every time i start my cycle it feels like it wipes me out (The first day) I take my Preworkout, Head to the gym per usual then i hit a wall when i begin to workout, Dizziness, Nausea & Fatigue set in and I can't push through. My body says no so I end up retreating, and letting my body rest. Do you have any advice🙏💕

    • @NaturallyStefanie
      @NaturallyStefanie  Год назад +1

      Hey! So glad you are loving the programme🙏🏻 as for your period it honestly depends on the person, I usually get tired the few days before and have cramps etc day one so overall I am not particularly affected. If you are however you can look into training and your cycle: lots of girls adjust their training style around their cycle and have found it beneficial! But take it easy when you need to take it easy, listen to your body!

    I wish I knew how people are confident and have there own there own house, are married and have there own business at such a young age, I wish I was there, I'm 37yr and am sooo fare behind in life and don't have the confidence, money or clue what to do in life. And everything to solve them cost money. Would love to be couched by you but again money money 😕

    I think the problem is people aren’t stable in their careers. In my grandfathers day here in Canada one income could support two people and buy a house. With my moms generation two people could buy a house. My generation will buy a house maybe just before we die. Our kids probably won’t be able to

    Based on the science of afab fertility, you'll probably want to have kids or be trying between 32 and 37. Fertility for people with a uterus and ovaries can be difficult after 36. It can become nearly impossible for some after 35. And there's a much lower positive fertility chances [typically] between 37 and 40.
