can you make an update video about you, your training, shape and goal when the gyms reopen. How did you felt, what has changed etc? Did you think you losed weight (muscels?) because you haven't trained with heavy weights as usual?
If you're after more skincare videos I'd recommend Dr Dray (dermatologist), Cassandra Bankson (medical esthetician) Dr Davin Lim (dermatologist) and Dr Sam (dermatologist). There's another dermatologist that makes a series called pillow talk derm but I can't remember her name. Also, leaving that towel on your hair while you do your skincare could be applying a fair bit of pressure to your hairline, which can cause it to recede over time. Dr Dray did a video about that recently that was more focused on hair styles that do that. I don't know if it'd be enough to have an impact.
Even though I am not vegan or vegetarian. I am always looking for other high protein options other an animal base proteins. Having a wide variety of protein is great to have in my personal diet (my opinion). Thank for the meal ideas!

I would try out Vichy 89 serum, its so much better than the HA serum from the ordinary
