Wouldn’t have made sense for single player to get snow since it’s set in the May-June setting. The Epilogue probably would’ve made sense for snow since it’s the epilogue, the setting/season/time really doesn’t matter.
mlplarisanable true but it’s only snowing in Saint Denis in Online where there’s no “official” setting/timeline In Single-player there’s already a set timeline (May-June) so there’d be no sense in having snow in single-player Snow in Saint Denis doesn’t make sense at all since it’s around the bayou, but it’s online.
@@mlplarisanable Well. Technically although very very rare, it is possible for it to snow there but never like what is shown here and would melt the moment it hits the ground.
its so sad that rockstar completely abandons singelplayer after releasing it. it was already a shame in gtaV where they only kept improving the multiplayer because kids would spend their parents money on sharkcards and it was the only way of income for them after release. the singleplayer in these type of games are so good but could still get better alongside the multiplayer. im not gonna touch the rdr online mode since im pretty sure that it sucks just as much as gta online, where the ones willing to buy in game money have a huge improvement to the normal players... kinda sad that they let such beautyfull work just fade away without caring for it
Imagine if in the future we have a GTA game with very mature theme and vibes set in Liberty City (New York) and take place in the past trying to replicate the mafia vibes and heavily inspired by the Godfather movies..with snow!!! That would be the most mature gta ever.....and very very atmospheric.
It looks cool but would be impossible in reality, since Saint Denis is in the bayous a lot like New Orleans the swampy tropical weather would prohibit the snowfall
Well, it’s very very unusual. I lived in a town just 40 minutes from New Orleans when I was younger. I lived there with my family until I was 15 and I think it snowed maybe two to three times during that time. It is possible but very unusual
That white texture was another completely half assed attempt by Rockstar. There's "snow" in Saint Denis, while the temperature is 26° Celsius (79° Fahrenheit for the dummies who still use that outdated format) and you sweat in most clothes. Totally idiotic.

Watching this in January makes me sad that Christmas is over already
Imagine a DLC that makes this feel like a ghost town until groups full of dead scream an chase you relentlessly.
Broken wagons flipped trains broken trees loud wind shit
Just like the games time scale, it was gone way too fast.

The snow coming back on new year's eve. You doing more snow cinematic for other areas?
That would be cool.
Great now i can finally use my Leather duster without sweating
Geographically inaccurate but looks amazing :)
Guess it's like those rare winter snows that New Orleans has.
Looks 10 times less depressing and better
Looks like Old New York city in some parts
Or New Orleans. I think that's where they got their inspiration, what with the swamps and all.
Seasons in single player would be great too. Enjoy it without griefers
They should've got rid of the leaves
Nice cinematic 🎬
This reminds me of that movie Scrooge
Erm? Happy Christmas?
Happy Christmas man! :D
Oooh beautiful
It reminds me so much of Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens
The only issue I have with this is that I'm constantly freezing
Underrated comment 🤣
Yeah, In online I didn’t realize I was freezing and then when I finally realized, I bought clothes... and the next day winter was over
Nice work.
They should have it so the snow can be for all of winter like from the beginning of December to the end of February

Maybe a Winter in Valentine next?

No, places like saint denis can get snow but it’s unusual. Still possible.
