I finished Sif off in about two minutes... she hadn't even the time to try to do this animation. Such an easy kill.... but the background music was swell!

Just decided to watch this again, and thought I'd say: in the pokédex entry for Spoink, it says that if it stops bouncing, its heart stops and it dies. And if you knock out a Spoink, it can't bounce. So does that mean you killed it?

If you play sun and moon where they have proper faint animations it falls over and the ball falls off, so in the new games it is guaranteed and likely in the old ones

My #1 Dog I hate fighting is great wolf Sif, from Dark Souls. especially after finding her in the DLC and THEN fighting her.the cut-scene is gut wrenching.

I'm going to say one thing, and one thing only...

WhammyTime91 Mimikyu is actually a pretty good poke in battle, it has a respectable speed stat (even more so with how slow 7th gen pokes are. And while it's base stats aren't the best (it's attack stat being not the best), it gets two setup moves, Splash and Swords Dance.
You might be thinking that Splash is garbage, and normally it is, that is unless you use Z-Splash and get PLUS THREE ATTACK, making it better than a Swords Dance (though you only get one shot at it), the way that the main stats boost (not accuracy or evasion) goes like this, each stat boost increases said stat by x1.5 maxing out at x4 at +6, Z-Splash boosts it's attack that by x2.5, so at level 50 Mimikyu has regularly 142 attack (max IV, 252 EV's in attack and a neutral attack nature, goes up to 156 attack with an attack boosting nature), at +3 that 142 attack effectively becomes 355 attack, or 279-697.5 attack at level 100. Swords Dance also works.
While it's HP isn't that good and it's defenses are okay it's ability Disguise is awesome, it makes it so you pretty much get a free turn to setup by being able to take a hit without losing HP, be warned though as it doesn't block status condidions, multi-hit attacks and the ability Mold Breaker and it's variants (Mold Breaker ignores the disguise completely). I breed one of those monsters and it's a threat.
Plus the Totem Mimikyu is responsible for my first story loss since gen 4.
Jane hasn't killed Mike or Andy either

I frickin love Mimikyu. Other than Azumarill, Marill, Azurill, and Rowlet, Mimikyu is, in my opinion, one of the cutest Pokémon.
Not including Eevee and it’s eeveelutions.
Round Pokémon are some of the cutest, more often than not. Even Koffing looks kind of cute, just hovering in the air with a silly grin on its face. It has no idea it releasing stinky, toxic fumes.
I love how these guys continuously mention doctor who and make references and it just gives me a warm feeling inside 😄

In Planet Robobot, Waddle Dees aren't nearly as harmless. They can walk around in mechs, sometimes they fire missiles at you, and they even drive. Though, when they drive, if they come to a crosswalk, they stop and look both ways, which is too cute for words.
Then you get the sleeping Waddle Dees... and they expect you to use the pipes to swallow the rocks and them in order to progress. Not to mention the ones who scribble and play the old kirby game
Oh, and the Waddle Dee couple in Epic Yarn. I always tried to avoid touching them.

My favorite feature in epic yarn was that waddle dees didn't die or cause damage to you when touched. Even though they tackle you when your in front of them, they only manage to push you slightly, harmlessly. Also, Planet Robobot wasn't the first time they went against their peaceful nature, when they get their hands on a spear, a waddle dee can be quite ferocious, not even hesitating to stab you on sight.
That mushroom joke could've been better - I think it was just Spore-ly timed...

Remember the fast little scurrying Baby Zombies from Minecraft? They are even cuter on chickens! The only bad thing is that they are super fast, immune to daylight, and embarrass you if your friends see in the chat what killed you.....

I would argue almost every Kirby enemy is too cute to murder. Also, more on waddle dees. In the later games, Waddles have entire cities! They drive little cars that obey traffic signs, and Kirby just kills them, that monster.

Also look at the little waddle dees minding teir own business in the recent ones they live in houses, sleep and even wait for the street light to turn green! And don’t get me started on the adorable trains

Never played Dark Souls so I don't have much reference for comparison, but I just gotta say - those mushroom children aren't cute. They're… unsettling.
Even Shotgun Midgets from BL2 would've been a better choice.

Wasn't shown, but in another place there are several skipping through an empty forest, they don't aggro at all, if you hit them they run away pathetically, perfect for a backstab. While you mow the children down you will be looking over your shoulder to see if mum and dad have noticed, because they are very quiet, slow and dangerous. They are the only place to farm a useful buff, so some people get very familiar with slaughtering the family.
There are also doggos in Dark Souls 3, but, come to think of it, I can't remember one time I ever felt the tiniest shred of remorse for murderizing them. Most likely because they are evil hellhounds with the most annoyingly fast run to chase you down while biting and stunning you after which they scamper JUST out of range to repeat the process ad infinitum. Or at least until they/their inevitable backup manage to kill you.
It is somewhat in the context of the game. By the time you progress a ways through the game, you start think of weak enemies as friendly just because they aren't as efficient at killing you as later game foes. Basically Dark Souls causes mild Stockholm Syndrome.
minecraft dogs whine like a real beaten dog when you hit them. It's heartbreakingly realistic. Makes you feel really bad when you accidentally smack them with meat or bones.

• I was hit by a "Giant Key" once... I was walking a "Key Store" that had this 1 meter long, 2 inches thick "Key Banner" that fell on me
• I wouldn't think twice of killing Cerberuses (Cerberi?) in Resident Evil games.. FYI, it is easier to fight hound-types in real-life one on one than cat types - hound types only have one point of attack, fangs and cat-types have lightning fast claws and fangs. Although it is very rare to see wild hounds alone O_O. And side note I fought Bulldogs and Canines before (I didn't kill them, I threw them on the other side of something)
• Legos are more of a pain in real life than cute, If you know what I mean. Now imagine yourself playing a Lego game but "realistic", then you get "An Open World Mortal Kombat"

I used to pity the mushroom people in dark souls 3 (yes I played that first because I was too young when dark souls came out) seeing them dead in the corner of that swamp.
Then I played dark souls, when I first encountered them in the forest, they seemed harmless, the children don't even attack, they just run away. And the parents are slow as well. It's really refreshing to see smooth skinned yet pus-less creature in the world of dark souls.
But of course, I entered the great hollow, that's when I saw on my 4K screen, that they have suspicious dark red stains on their hands, feet and waist. Suddenly they became much less cute.
Too young to play the original Dark Souls? I was going to complain but i was 12 in 2011 so, i can't say i was any different.
Chad Mitchell when I say too young I meant in terms of gaming years, dark souls was not that well known back then, a noob like I was wouldn't have heard of such game.

Another great (and very obscure) pick are quite a few enemies from Sprial Knights. The gremlins are cute in their own weird, combat hoodie-wearing way, and Gun Puppies and Wolvers fall under the blanket term of canine enemies.

Some creatures adorability don't come from their physical looks, but rather their charming personalities.
Trolls from The Witcher 3 reveal more of their fun quirks if you choose not to kill them, such as one saying "Beautifoo. Pretty birdo." to geralts drawing among others you already know.
Sneevils from the Artix Entertainment games love boxes more than anything in the world. In this one scene in DragonFable, you give empty Christmas gift boxes to them and they gawk at the miracle and jump and dance with joy (I find it so adorable that they took advantage of that running gag). And in another one, you offer them thousands of cardboard boxes for them to fight for you in the Popsprocket war, and they accept the offer because it's more than 6. They'd risk the lives of their entire clan for as little as six boxes. They even often wear them as armour.
I was happy to see Tonberries on this list. I even have a tattoo of one, because I couldn't help myself. I did a little twist on it though. His little lantern is broken, with flames travelling from it and swirling around my arm, paired with Ifrit and other fire-based things.

The worst part of all about the Kirby and Lego examples is that even if you avoid hurting enemies, there’s still the fact that they’re trying to kill your player character who, may I remind you, is either an adorable lego character or an adorable little pink ball with stubby little arms. In other words, it’s a lose-lose situation where you either kill adorable enemies or watch in horror as your adorable little hero is killed.

Sometimes I'll play an illusionist type of character in Skyrim, and level up the skill by casting Calm spells on the wildlife. Nobody gets eaten, nothing dies, and my Illusion skill goes up, it's win-win-win. Bonus points to Skyrim for that.

I down loaded a mod to make them look cute and behave like actual wolves...now they only attack in groups of 2 or 3 or not at all and they are huskies so when I do kill them I feel like more of a dick then when I killed parrthunax...kind of

I really wish they would make a combined classic pokemon/pokemon tournament fighting game, type of game.
A game where you explore and collect pokemon and battle gyms and all that, except with arcade style combat instead of turn based. Add a bit of skill to the combat of pokemon and make it feel less like an annoyance when that screen pops up in the grass, and more like an exciting chance to try out that vinewhip combo, or water canon move you just unlocked.
