I wonder whether RBY's sales figures include the entire time period from release to present, or just around the time when RBY cartridges were manufactured and sold? If it includes time up until the present, then the more recent re-release of RBY on the 3DS Virtual Console should be considered.
The same can be said for GSC sales figures, given their 3DS VC re-releases.

Repent and follow Jesus my friend! Repenting doesn't mean confessing your sins to others, but to stop doing them altogether. Belief in Messiah alone is not enough to get you into heaven - Matthew 7:21-23, John 3:3, John 3:36 (ESV is the best translation for John 3:36). Contemplate how the Roman empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13. Revelation 17 confirms that it is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years to accomplish the religion of the Israelites C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate though because you can start a relationship with God and have proof. Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life. - Revelation 3:20
Revelation has been unfolding since Jesus died. The Popes have claimed to be equal to God and set themselves in Jesus' place (antichrist(s)). Vatican City (Which is its own nation BTW) have risen up to fulfill the role of the false prophet
Regarding the man of lawlessness or antichrist, 2 Thessalonians 2:4 says “Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” The restrainer that the Apostle Paul was referring to in 2 Thessalonians was the Western Roman Emperor, who held back the Popes from taking power. Once the last Western Roman Emperor was removed from power in 476 AD, the Pope was given civil and ecclesiastic authority over Rome; healing the deadly head wound of the beast in Revelation 13, as they took the Emperors title of Pontifex Maximus, leader of the church and state.
“We may according to the fullness of our power, dispose of the law and dispense above the law. Those whom the Pope of Rome doth separate, it is not a man that separates them but God. For the Pope holdeth place on earth, not simply of a man but of the true God.” (Source: “Decretals of Gregory IX,” Book 1, chapter 3.)
Pope Pius V blasphemed, “The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in Heaven and earth.” (Source: Pope Pius V, quoted in Barclay, Cities Petrus Bertanous Chapter XXVII: 218.)
Pope Leo XIII declared, “We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty.” (Source: Pope Leo XIII Encyclical Letter, June 20, 1894)
The antichrist sea beast of Revelation points to the office of the papacy, the Popes of Rome, who controlled the Roman beast for 1,260 years, from 538-1798 AD.
Daniel 7:25 says “And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.” The Popes of Rome spoke against Elohim and proclaimed to be God. They reigned for 1,260 years, from 538-1798 AD. during which they caused tens of millions of saints to be killed.

One of the biggest reasons that people love nintendo, and nintendo adjacent companies is not brand loyalty, its the stories of the people behind-- its like legends that we tell each other: miyamoto's childhood exploring forests, tajiri's love of bugs, the loneliness of moving away from home for eguchi, ito's feelings of childhood and growing up, and many others. The games are games, sure but the reason they are games is cuz people wanted to fulfill an specific wish and share it with others. The case is the same for many other companies, but nintendo somehow attracted this specific people.

Jon got a couple things wrong:
Nintendo doesn't own 33% anymore of TPC since 2019. And I would like to know where he got the 10% ownership of Creatures from because Nintendo brought a very large UNDISCLOSED amount of Creatures in 2019.
Under Yamauchi Nintendo brought a majority stake in both Game Freak and Creatures. Also he got Nintendo to Trademark the name Pokemon. Nintendo literally owns the name Pokemon. When Pokemon started becoming too big too fast he got Game Freak and Creatures to do a joint adventure with Nintendo and created The Pokemon Company in which all 3 owned equally (33% each).
In 2019 Nintendo brought a very large UNDISCLOSED amount of Creatures. This leaves investors/shareholders like myself to believe they own majority control of Creatures. Shortly after that buy Nintendo sold 1% of their ownership of TPC to be spilt between Game Freak and Creatures and they did it again in 2020. This must had been part of the deal to buy a large UNDISCLOSED amount of Creatures.
So Nintendo owns the Trademark name Pokemon. Nintendo owns 31% of TPC. Nintendo owns a majority stake in Game Freak. With extra buying of Creatures it's safe to assume they own majority of Creatures but not entirely probably like 45% to 49%. Pretty much Nintendo owns Pokemon.
Damn Yamauchi was smart af to make sure his company got the fat sacks of cash.

Like Mario, Pokémon actually had a few small games on PC back in the day (not including the ones on the Pokémon website), like Pokémon Team Turbo (I actually had this one as a kid from a Scholastic Book Fair, and it wasn’t very good), Pokémon Project Studio Red and Blue, PokéROMs, and Pokémon Masters Arena, and the series also had a few arcade games including Pokémon Tretta, Pokémon Ga-Olé, Pokémon Battrio, and Pokémon Mezastar all being like the Dragon Ball Heroes arcade game, and an arcade port of Pokkén Tournament, where Scizor, Empoleon, Croagunk, and Darkrai made their Pokkén debuts.

*So basically 3 companies each own Pokemon.* But Nintendo does own 10% of Creatures. So if the 3 companies own 33.33% of Pokemon each, but Nintendo owns 10% of Creatures, does that mean that in reality if Nintendo cuts and runs with their share of Creatures that Nintendo secretly owns 36.66% of Pokemon? 😉 😅
After all, 10% of 33.33% is 3.33%. Think about it!!! Nintendo already has 33,.33%. But they can also claim 10% of Creature's 33.33% share too. 😉
Note: In reality, courts would likely just have Creatures buy out Nintendo's 10% stake.

Nintendo themselves Trademark the name Pokemon because Pocket Monster outside of Japan was already taken. They literally own the name. No one can do anything with Pokemon without Nintendo signing off on it. They have to not only change the name but also 51% of the fundamentals that make Pokemon, Pokemon or be sue by Nintendo big time.
Nintendo brought a majority stake of both Game Freak and Creatures in the 90s. When Pokemon got too big too fast Nintendo said to those two companies let's do a joint adventure to handle the media stuff of Pokemon so together they created The Pokemon Company with all 3 owning equal shares (33% each). In 2019 Nintendo brought a very large UNDISCLOSED amount of Creatures and very shortly after that buy Nintendo sold 1% of ownership of TPC to be spilt between Game Freak and Creatures equally and again in 2020. Majority of shareholders like myself believe they did that because of the Creatures deal. On top of that its safe to assume investing wise that Nintendo owns between 40% to 49% of Creatures.

So Nintendo owns 33% of Pokémon and then 10% of another company that owns 33%, quite complex to be honest.

No he got that stuff wrong. Everything else though is correct.
Edit: Nintendo themselves Trademark the name Pokemon (they literally own the name). Since 2020 Nintendo owns only 31% of TPC. Nintendo gave up 1% of ownership of TPC in 2019 to be spilt between Creatures and Game Freak and they did it again in 2020. Before that happen in 2019 Nintendo brought a very large UNDISCLOSED amount of Creatures. I have no clue where he got the 10% from because this was UNDISCLOSED and 10% is not a very large amount. It's safe to assume they own 40% to 49% of Creatures.
Nintendo also owns a majority stake in Game Freak since the late 90s.
Pretty much Nintendo owns Pokemon. A company can come in and buy out Game Freak and Creatures and TPC but if they dont buy the Trademark name Pokemon from Nintendo they can't do sh!t with it unless Nintendo approves it.

What about the Sega Pico? They had three Pokémon edutainment titles and even had a special edition Pokémon themed console. Yes, you read that correctly... a Pokémon Sega console.

That's because GameFreak and Creatures overrode Nintendo's decision.
Keep in mind GameFreak and Creatures each own a 3rd of the IP, if they really wanted to, they could potentially see a release on other systems not Nintendo.
