That one test isn’t enough to draw any conclusions from. At the very least, the appearance of the tissue at the entry wound and the trajectory of the round need to be considered.
He used a fake cheap looking wig. Her hair, in the pics, looks a lot thinner. Husband was there n admitted to seeing it. Cuz he is guilty.
Also the fibers of a cheap wig may keep the residue out unlike thin curly real hair?
@@MaryLMua well we don’t know how her hair was styled. Some pics her hair look thinner n lighter where as the wig is thinker with curls to catch more.
I guess, it depends on how much you pay the gun expert! If they conducted an investigation properly against a man that was related to a prior suspicious death of a relatively young woman; this second victim could have been saved! Like he said to one of the victims; he has protection!
But ….. maybe we _can_ base his guilt on the various searches
On the web Brian did 😬

The subject matter is entrancing however the video production has problems.
Appeals are mostly rejected by courts. One in ten it’s reviewed and if the court sees a problem it’s sent to the court again for retrial. The appeals courts don’t like to go against lowest court, doesn’t change the outcome, doesn’t have exhibits or jury. You can’t present new evidence they only see if there’s a legal challenge. Since they don’t allowed new evidence I doubt the court would be favorable to the party of appeal. So I don’t even worry.
Whole story on paramount now
I watched this episode and after a lot of soul-searching, my gut tells me he’s innocent. I really believe he is. I hope his appeal proves that.
I hope you don’t make major decisions in life. Going by your gut, not facts or logic, is ill advised. I do appreciate your faith in him! Peace and love!
