Remove, Paint, Install 78-82 Rear Glass Molding

The 1978 through 1982 Corvette rear (Fastback) window is huge, and the molding that surrounds it is quite long.
So, if you need to remove it so you can replace the glass, for example, you will need information on how to remove the trim molding without damaging it.
In this video, I walk you step-by-step showing you how I removed the rear glass trim molding on my 81 Corvette. How I completely restored it and repainted it. And then how I reinstalled it.
This is an involved job, and you will need a couple of basic tools. Ideally, you will have window trim molding clip release pliers (link below), but even if you don't, I will show you how you can still remove the trim without any damage with an L awl you may already have in your garage.
If you don't, your local HFT store will have those available for a few bucks.
