This looks like a great way to cook tofu, mixed with black beans and corn - assume it's firm tofu- though I might add some Bragg or Tiramasu for for flavour. Will be cooking this for sure! Fill a pita or had shell corn tacos or for nachos. Yum!
Great vid Derek ! Vivo life said they’re not shipping to Canada due to some new regulations Canada is working on? Even nutra cave can’t get their products ? Please share how you’re getting it ? !! 🙏
Sean O'Gorman maybe it helps there is a company I found yesterday through no meat athlete: lovecomplement.com/products/complement-protein they also have supplements for vegan specifically. It’s an all vegan company I guess.
Wow thanks for taking the time to show us this small window into the life of a vegan strong dude. It would be cool to have a break down of what all these meals provide in terms of fulfilling our dietary needs ( macros , micros , vitamins minerals etc!
I do have videos like this where I do a nutrient breakdown at the end!

finding it extremely difficult to get enough calories as a vegan, so I'm stealing your ideas! thanks!
Nuts and seeds! Helps a lot. And liquid calories too. Smoothies and things 👍
Nuts, seeds, beans, avocado...
@@danielanereu3799 Nuts, seeds, beans... literally the 3 most difficult things to digest on the vegan diet.
@@Acnologia Not for me I soak and cook mine and never had issues. Perhaps try lentils, chickpeas, seitan, tofu, tempeh as protein sources. And eat carbs like rice, couscous, pastas.
Starch is essential for satiety: www.drmcdougall.com/health/education/cpb/ .. Potatoes, , Quinoa, Kidney Beans, Brown Rice Etc... starch = satiety and energy, did the trick for me, main meal starch, rounded up with fruits and veggies. gl.
