from my obs, she's extremely confident and humble aviator. She is actually the longest-serving pilot in Air Seychelles and currently the director of flight operations.
May she rest in peace,Nicole was a true icon in Seychelles aviation. Our first female pilot passed away last week, a flyby was made around the island to commemorate her dedication to the industry. May she fly higher 🙏🏻🕊️ RIP
I'm actually crying. She seemed to have such good energy and a beautiful soul and so young to die aswell. May she continue to rest in eternal peace 🕊🕊🕊
One of the most interesting aviation videos I have ever seen. This woman really has confidence and ability. She is able to communicate what she and her co-pilot are doing with great clarity. Well done.
My birthplace Seychelles ❤️ ...... nostalgia when I saw the aircraft taking off & landing in Mahé! We've spent wonderful years in this paradise.....memories! The pilots & crew are so friendly & warm.
Wow Sam - what a thrill to be able to be in the cockpit with you and share that experience - such a rarity these days! Loved this, and Nicole and Russ were fantastic and informative.
I literally just returned home from the Maldives about 3 days ago. Absolutely the most BEAUTIFUL place I’ve ever been. Can’t wait to go back next year 💕
Thank you for making this video. I’m so immensely proud of my cousin, Capt. Chang-Leng, and I never got the opportunity to fly with her. This video gives me the chance to feel like I’m flying with her. Now that she has passed away, our family will be able to cherish her memory through this beautiful video. Thank you, Sam.
One of your best yet. Informative, more flying, less chat, interesting interviews, pilots were awesome, lovely B roll, and superb approach shots. Great job. Thx for the hard work. Stay well and safe travels.
I remained on seychelles island for three and half years. I am in love with seychelles. Fantastic and reall paradise on earth. Sun, sea and sand. Pilot and first officer were friendly as sechelles people
I'm glad to have visited both the Maldives & Seychelles on vacation and they're both beautiful locales, but the people are some of the most friendly humans you'll meet anywhere on this planet. Hope to go visit again someday soon!
@@rosem7568 I've checked out Asquith.... His vids are NOTHING on Sam's. Asquith is a blowhard and 'wanker' as he and his friends so often comment on others.

I spent half of my childhood living in the Seychelles with my family. Seychelles is like a second home to me, and the hospitality shown by Capt. Nicole and F/O Russell is emblematic of the people of Seychelles. Makes me feel so nice to see it in a Sam Chui video. Breaks my heart to know that Capt. Nicole is no more. Glad that her personality and her iconic Seychellois warmth and hospitality is restored for a lifetime in this video. RIP, Captain.
The Captain has such a wonderful demeanor. U can tell she’s very professional and proficient but confident in a friendly way. The first officer was very pleasant and they complimented each other. Been to Seychelles with the Navy and it was absolutely gorgeous and way hot. Thanks Sam for another great video.
Sam, I am living my aviation passion through you. Without work since last March in Travel fraternity. God have mercy on Travel and hospitality Industry. Love from India.
Capt Nicole is a wonderful lady. She is a very kind person. It is easy to love her of all my heart. Lovely flying to these islands I want to visit as soon as it is possible to do so during the pandemic. With love from Tom Seeberg and Norway to Nicole
There is nothing adventurous more than Aviation. She's the coolest and confident Captain. I remember I went into the cockpit of PIA airbus A300 B4 back in 2001 from Lahore-Dubai route. I with my brother. I was around 8 years old. That was the best moment for me to enjoy. We had a nice chit chat. The flight crew was very much kind to us. Appreciated and wish I could become a Pilot too
Love to fly with Air Seychelles....Good communication from Captain Nicole she was at ease flying this aircraft...Thank You Sam for the lovely experience...
Your video inspires my aspirations on travel. How nice to travel to two paradises in one-go. It is surprising to see how busy it is in Male Airport even during this period of pandemic. I am going to put these two destinations, PLUS this not yet well-known flight route on my bucket list. Thanks, Sam. You have done a great job.
Thank you Sam Chui for posting. I had the pleasure of staying with family in 1995 at Mahe. I flew in a Air Seychelles B767 from Nairobi to Mahe. I had the pleasure of flying in a twin otter to Pralin and then a boat to La Digue. Answer Lazio on Pralin forever etched in my memory. Another memory was the planes that flew out of the airport. BA and Air France B747 and Aeroflot Tu154. Boy the Tu154 made some noise letting you know it was taking off. The route was regularly flown by the same crews by BA as my relatives knew which Captain flew there. Thanks for filming and posting a world hidden secret. I hope to be back.
Loved your video Sam. Nicole is such a pleasant and happy Captain. It was educational and very interesting to hear about the two countries and the ability to travel around these remote Indian Ocean communities. :)
The approach coming into Seychelles airport with the mountains on the left is spectacular. And thanks to Air Seychelles for allowing access to the cockpit so Sam Chui could interview the captain and the first officer during the flight.
