It’s going to be semi-autonomous, the laws of Neom will be totally westernized. Saudi Arabia will most likely also take great strides as a nation by the time the city is finished. They’ve already made great progress thus far. They have a lot more work to do though.

1:21 Look at that solar mirror array which can focus the Sun onto that central point. Imagine if you could swap that central point for a massive lens to fire an instense Sun beam back into space and burn up dead satellites.
Actually, that would be a waste of dead satellites. those have pricey equipment built into them _(and raw materials like gold)_ and could instead be dumped on the Moon for future usages as a resource to build things.
