Hello
@@WPJ. Hello 😉
How's it going? Make a video about the Rise Tower, 2 km high, proposed to be built in Saudi Arabia. Hug!
Hi I’m a huge fan could I get a shout out in the next video!
Top Luxury really digs up Dubai content, do they?
notice how all the renders have lush and abundant plant life and landscaping
Because about a billion trees are being planted in the emirates of Dubai.
That was quick, Dubai is already planning a sphere larger than the one in Vegas.😮
The Loop is the one I'm most looking forward to
“But we have Moon at home!”
Moon at home…
Imagine if this money was used to help improve cities that are naturally livable
Not Naturally, But Dubai is actually very Livable
no need for that natural shit people are lazy at natural places
Imagine it white people stop seething about others racing ahead.
You do realise Dubai is in a literal desert right? All of the Arab Oil States are in the hottest places in the world, I don't blame them for wanting more cars with air conditioners instead of walking under the desert sun. Especially when Europeans were complaining about the heat a month ago
what is not livable about dubai? i have been there and its a great city
Really interesting thx for the Video 😊
These projects are mind-blowing 😮
I’m almost positive less than half of these are ever going to break ground
They're building the most advanced sunken city dive spot. They're planning for sea rise, quite impressive!
I realise the clue is in the name for this channel, but I'd sometimes love to see urban projects that aren't targeted at the ultra wealthy. Sure, you've mentioned some public transport and green spaces etc in this one which would benefit everyone, but it would be nice to see more examples of money being spent to benefit the average citizen (not just in Dubai, anywhere). I enjoy watching these to hear about the technology and design involved more than the unnecessary luxury of a lot of the hotels and resorts.
Me too. But like you said, I wouldn't expect this channel to feature them. I'd check out other channels for that
absolutely
They look like a techno hell..
Watching while enjoying dinner, the best content produced
If they can cure cancer, I'm there tomorrow.
ALLE THE BEST TO YOU DEAR 🌹🌹🌹🌹
The reef project is fascinating
Top Luxury really digs up Dubai content, do they?
The love the quality of these videos!
Thanks a lot :)
Who be making your quality videos
I'll visit this after I get my apartment in The Line.
😂🤭
😂😂cool
Make a video about 15 of Dubai’s megaprogects
I worked on an industrial project in Dubai for 6 weeks in 2005. The city is impressive but at the same time paradoxical. On the one hand they are trying to put marine life straight but on the other want to create a 20km enclosed, air conditioned walkway that isn't really necessary. What will be the carbon footprint of the latter?
Construction at a high destruction speed
Makes me excited to visit Dubai - if I can ever afford it. 😂
It's cheaper than other developed cities or countries
ya really , better an f*n America as turning to Venezuela 3RD world country!
It's not that expensive compared to other famous cities like new York, LA , paris ...etc
@@keu.45-logyeah, i live in Paris and it is much cheaper in Dubai than Paris
visiting dubai costs around $3000-$4000,
its not that expensive
thanks for use our stock footage
Dubai loop, that's sustainability genius
Dubai surprises us all. Incredible Dubai
The new projects appear to be good, very attractive.
Love your video's 😃
Thanks man :D
They need an underground train system.
Thank you video brilliant compliment
great projects, I hope they are all sustainable and accessible to the working class
There is no working class. There is the wealthy and the slaves they get from India and other places like that!
Ha!
Greening areas around city should be priority period.
A giant greenhouse in the desert is a terrible idea if you want to keep it cool.
this is the same country that has 0 permanent water sources but built the world's largest garden just to have the title. They're definitely one of the dumbest and worst countries when it comes to water wasting for their desert lawns
Imagine if they Listened to lot of nay sayers like you!
They have enough energy for cooling it😂 cry hater
It’s cooler and less humid in the desert
Is it because your country can't do it?
Amazing. I’m definitely impressed maybe one day I would be able to visit these technical Marvels. My eyes are like big saucers of delight❤ Thank you 🙏🏽 🤣🤣🤣
luxery like a gold leafed big mac
That Moon project looks incredible!
Nice ideas
The coral reef and plantation make sense for Dubai but the rest are just targeted for the rich and unlike Atlantis, Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab. They are just ridiculous ideas to prove they have a lot of money but doesn't have really any impact on humanity. As a past resident in Dubai, the traffic is a huge issue and people cannot live without a car in Dubai unless they live and work near a metro station which is rarely. The idea for the transportation is to be connected to other nearby cities such as Sharjah, Ajman and even Abudhabi so the population can be distributed properly since Dubai is so small to have 3 million people. I would also like to see their plan on the plant house and how they are going to face the desertation as its a major problem in the UAE.
The loop is for everyone to use, the railways and development of the urban cities are for everyone, which one of the projects you saw here was for the rich? Burj al Arab and Atlantis are luxurious hotels not mega projects so yeah they are gor rich people, and Burj Khalifa is a business center. Most of these mega structures if not all are for the improvement of the entire city and everyone living in it. Except for the moon thing which I don't get the purpose of honesty.
Dubai is the greatest city in the world!!
This is a great and beautiful project, hoping to be part of the development ☺️
"Don't wait to buy real estate. Buy real estate and wait." - Will Rogers
Thank you always great video. As resident in Dubai I am aware they launch MEGA Projects every month also for marketing purpose ( I remember ALADIN CITY DUBAI for example) so everyone talk.. anyway the City is really growing good now and construction sector is probably the first source of investment . Dubai really is the city of the future !
dubai is trahs hahahaha
@@SaarImAPajeetbeggingindubai2Islam is ihhhh anyway
@@SaarImAPajeetbeggingindubai2
Place for terrorists 😅
Problem I have is that Dubai like the rest of the Middle East is built using the sweat of labour which they treat as salves paying the absolute minimum wages possible.
@@SaarImAPajeetbeggingindubai2Wow! That one’s a keeper. Let me summarize it for you.
Jphargovan: “Slave labor is bad.”
You: “But slaves are cheaper and faster.”
You’re pro-slavery! You are a horrible person and have no business dictating anything in this world.
You really don't know how western corporations work do you? Check Nestle out, Primark, Matalan, go on.
Wait til the price of oil crashes or continues to decline. Half of these projects will remain CGI renders.
Abu Dhabi depends on oil, Dubai has came out fron this.
Please do a video on the recent advancements in El Salvador.
Basically, they have money and they are hiring european engineers, architecture and scientists who have technology and expertise.
The point is europe is not developing these type of projects itself tells lot of the future of these projects.
lol exactly, Europeans know better. All these projects are a nightmare for any city that is actually supposed to be lived in
LOVELY!
Great timing with this video as I just got back from 9 days in Dubai last month. A unique and truly fascinating place like no other on earth.
They couldn't pay me enough to go there
Realy I like it
Dubai loop seems impressive... if it wasn't a "train, but no train" type of system
what dubai really need that will be impressive is a record breaking sewage system. They are really lacking in that department.
Nice
wow!
I don't understand why the people of Dubai stopped designing skyscrapers like the Burj Khalifa, Nakheel Tower and Dubai Creek Tower.
probably they're not profitable enough
Supposedly because even the Burj Khalifa almost wasn't completed... originally it was going to be called until Burj Dubai... some "generous" individual did a deal to finish it for some reason... I can't recall off hand what those details were about that deal other than a change to the skyscraper's name to the person who paid to finish it off.
They aren't profitable
They only started the Dubai creek tower to challenge the Jedda tower, when they stopped Dubai stopped, and they still hold the title, spend the money only when a challenger comes along.
Dubai. King of cities.😮
dubai, garbage of the world 🤣🤣🤣

This place is in the heart of the Middle East...how have they managed to make it look so ...western?
i wanna go to dubai !!!!!
Love you Dubai❤❤❤
PERSIAN GULF 💯💯💯
The best ones are the loop and the coral reef.
I think that the infrastructure is very is going to be so balanced in these next 2 decades that I would want to live in Dubai in the future. Overview of the video was very exciting! I can't wait to see that happen!
Great video. Dubai is my favourite city and I've been there many times. It's so tidy, so clean, so safe, so beautiful !❤
How poor your life must be to consider Dubai 🤮 the best city
@@karaiwonderFirst of all I will have you know that my life is definitely not poor ! I have travelled extensively through all continents but what about you ? I am guessing that you've never been to Dubai or if you have you're one of those people who easily gets into trouble, or likes guzzling beer in the street, or is in favour of pdas in public!
@@melinasasha120 you got me!
I love making out in public while drunk, so far I did it in 40+ cities. Not Dubai, thankfully

Bravoooo!!!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
the idea of a health care city should scare everyone; it's so dystopian. The poorest will be left in the regular hospitals with no funding and worse staff. But the ultra rich elites of Dubai can take a helicopter trip over to the luxurious health care skyscraper with the best funding, likely larger amounts of medicine and medical supplies if there's ever a scarcity, and the best staff in all the country.
This is just another project that blatantly tells us the poorest of Dubai should be eradicated and the richest deserve nothing but the best. The gulf states truly are a fucked society
whats wrong with that? the poor are poor by choice. also alot of rich people in dubai are immigrants from the West and asia, leave them alone.
By the way government hospitals in the gulf states are for free to citizens and they r really good apart from Kuwait
My city Dubai ❤
I am from UAE but I know English
Truly the meaning of "We need to destroy more to save more"
a beautiful history of Dubai.. The Forecast of Dubai 2040 is a clear result of viable research well stated Dubai.. Would like to visit Dubai
I always feel as if Dubai is a fascinating city but just in the wrong geographical place. An economy so dependent on fossil fuels, so much electricity needed to cool down in order to make it bearable for the people living there, not a lot of natural water resources, very car dependent, sand for the infrastructure must be imported. This all creates a very fragile and unsustainable system coupled with attention seeking megalomania projects that often sound too ambitious and too good to be true
Those are the cards they were dealt and they're doing their best to shine. What's the alternative ? Bring their investments to your European city so you can have a better life than them ?
We already do have a better life in Europe 😂
@@DenzelPF-jl4lj
At the expense of Africa and the US military.
I mean it's their country what should they do? Immigrate? To where? They're using their money to make their lives better and they welcome everyone to come live there. Also most of these projects are being built to be completely dependent on renewable energy as it's said in the video.
@@DenzelPF-jl4lj yea with all the illegal immigrants entering and income tax 40% lmao cope harder
Correction: Temperature in Dubai don't go "up to 40°C"; they go up to 50°C.
So, they want to plant trees inside a closed, air-conditioned tunnel? How's using more air-conditioning friendly to the environment?
Building a reef where tourists came and dump thier sunscreens and makeups into nearby waters sounds like a good idea. I can dig into that.
Nature reserves definitely appeal more to me than massive skyscrapers. Pictures of Dubai look really creepy to me, because it just looks so grey and beige.
Actually in reality it is far more colourful. I really don't understand how videos and photos, especially from above, make it look so grey and beige !
What about Aladdin City in Creek Dubai....
Hows the current situation of the Line ?
We will make an update on that soon.
I thought the Line was in Saudi Arabia !

I visited in Dubai back in 2017. I'm going to visit there again in 2027 just to see the difference between then and now (2027)
Given a handful of VERY high profile proposals and developments within Dubai being completely scrapped & abandoned the past 10-15 years, let’s wait & see on all of this and instead check back on all of these current proposals within the coming years…
