Little backstory from Sean's twitter, they remade the game after a parent with an autistic son messaged them about how much the son loves playing their game and how it helps him deal with all his struggles. Since Apple kicked out some older games he hasn't been able to play it any more, so they remade it. It's really wholesome, give it a read.
I cried ngl.
And that's one more reason why I'm going to support Hello Games as long as I can.

Read the story of wanting to help that parent out. There’s a lot of propaganda in this life, but just know if the stories genuine then these devs are real heroes. Making someone’s life easier isn’t something many people can do
It’ll always amaze me that they went directly from this to NMS. That’s the sort of design leap that normally happens over the course of like 20 years of developing games.

Dude! They need to make another Joe Danger game for Pc, PlayStation, and Xbox because Joe Danger is one of the most popular games made by Hello Games. This game just makes my day. 😀
_Joe Danger_ needs a re-release on Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, GOG and NN. Maybe in a form of a compilation featuring both games.

I read the history behind this remake. and Ijust want to say Thank you.
I have an idea for an end game for nms. It would possibly be called "The Signal." Essentially, the players would find a way to get a signal out from Atlas to a nearby settlement in our world and would get the entirety of all the simulations the Atlas holds, as well as Atlas, copied and uploaded to one of their compies and save all of it. One part could be getting the signal out. The next part would be an expedition to get the world copied. The last part would be for individual players to make it to the new Atlas worlds. Hold off on this and use your current trajectory to get there. Do my other ideas first would be my suggestion. The rest, as they say, is up to you. If you want further from me it'll cost you to hire me as a consultant. Otherwise, it'll just be these little ideas. Either way, I'm happy I've been a Muse for you.

I absolutely loved this game's demo on my Xbox 360! Def downloading this on my phone.

i downloaded joe danger se on my iphone 12 but the game wont like play i open the app and its stuck on the joe danger touch logo with a black screen ive turn off my phone completely and uninstalled its still the same screen any ideas what to do?

maybe genderless, but they are perceived as male, because there are no female definitions, but I would like to create a character in a more diverse way.
but the female forms are not as much looking forward to as the waterfalls and rivers in the game, it will really bring the planet to life.

@@stonaraptor8196 Pumping 200 hours in a game you're calling a turd just seems like bad time investment and you got more time out of it than most games. I won't disagree, if you think it's bad, so be it. I enjoyed it for what it is, especially with all the added content. It's not what it initially promised, but it's a decent experience that was worth my money. Don't pre-order, don't buy immediately at launch and always keep expections low so you can't be disappointed.

@@ForAnAngel Nah man I played certain games for longer than that and I really hated it by the end of it. That aside though HG really did improve the planet generation with the Origin update right? Stuff handed on a silver plate right under their nose and they still won't take it.
