Thanks dude. Jay’s the Marvel guy so he’s leading the charge. I’m just really good at putting literary pieces together. This is a really fun mystery to figure out.

So we've got Strange, Spider-Man, FF, and potentially X-men, Eternals, and GOTG/Thor all possibly stemming from events in this.

Yeah, I think they’re playing it like SWORD are the bad guys against our heroine, Wanda but it’s gonna end up that they’re the good guys and Wanda is the “big bad” in the end because she’s causing it all.

Maybe the next has to do with Quicksilver? I'm guessing it could be something like a gas station ad for Pietro. Oh and Illusion and Glamour is a nod to a stage magician couple in the comics.
Yeah...skipping the recap is a bad idea for this show. The reactors I've watched have missed SO much, so far. This is a show you really have to pay attention to. In fact, most people should rewatch each episode, midweek, just so they can watch it without laughing quite as much. So many dark clues hidden in the jokes...
Great review, guys! I am soooooooooooo loving how this show has everyone guessing! What a radical departure from all the typical MCU/DC films and shows where you can see the plot a mile away. The "slow burn" is what keeps me coming back for what we all know will be a big reveal.
I think there are multiple outside forces at play here. Obviously S.W.O.R.D. is trying to help Wanda by bringing her back into reality. But it seems like there is someone/something else pulling the strings behind the scenes. The biggest clue would be that dialogue exchange where Dottie says “The devil’s in the details” and Agnes says back “That’s not the only place he is”. That isn’t just a throwaway line. It’ll be really interesting to see how all of this unfolds.
It look's like Wanda's reality warping ability is coming into play, for example in one of the X-Men comics, (I forget which one, but it involves the twins Jay talks about), Wanda say's "No more mutants" and creates a reality with no mutants. Oooh boy, this is gonna be a good year.
They also replicated differences in camera work... Idyllic moments have old time camera work, disruptions have modern dynamic and mobile camera movement with zoom changes and closeups. In old days, cameras were extremely heavy, and actors had to perform in old theatrical manner, where they had to walk up to the proscenium and speak loud to the audience to be heard. Pan movement of camera was all they could do then.
love your guys reactions, as ive already seen the show i love HOW ON POINT YOU WERE!! so many crazy fans theorized crazy things then got angry that they werent right... but you nailed it!!! honestly so excited to see your reaction when you realize it. anyways onto the next!~

the guy in the bee keeper suit was Talos right? The Skrull Leader from Captain Marvel played by Ben Mendelsohn? One thing I can't figure out is Vision, I mean it can't be the real Vision so is it an illusion or just a different guy who is used as Vision by Wanda? Man that show is so fun!
You know, it occurs to me that creating SWORD would have been the perfect way for Old Cap to help people while still not breaking the timeline by being found out. Once surveillance technology progressed to the point that Old Cap would have been detected by SHIELD/HYDRA, he could have left the planet and started setting up the SWORD organization. Then come back to earth in 2023.

I think this show is the opposite of house of m climax lmao.. Instead of wiping all the mutants, "mcu version"house of m introduce the mutants and increase the amount of mutants haha this is just an fan theory
13:17 My thoughts exactly. I think WandaVision is Wanda dealing with loss. We got to see Thor deal with it in Endgame (not very well), and now we're seeing Wanda deal with it via her reality warping powers. Her nosy neighbor, Agnes, is actually Agatha Harkness. We already know from teasers, behind the scenes and all the other stuff promoting this show before it came out, that the MCU wanted to incorporate the comics in some fashion. Agatha helped Wanda forget the loss of her children when they merged in to Mephisto, since they were actually already part of him. I'm not sure if Mephisto will be in this, but "the devil's in the details" and "that's not the only place he is" could have been reference to him. We can't overlook how children centered this story was--the men talked about a neighbor who built a treehouse for his kids, while the women were putting together a show for the children...though no children were shown in this episode, though it ends with realization that Wanda is pregnant, but I'm getting ahead of myself. Wanda is grieving, but she doesn't want to deal with it, so she created a reality that mostly happy, save for mundane things of life. I suspect the TV world she's in is her subconscious drawing from her childhood memories, her watching American sitcom reruns in Sokovia--those shows had the "ideal family" and that's what she wants, as she never got to have that. Wanda, like Thor, lost everyone dear to her: her parents, brother, and her lover. Vision's company kept her mind off of grief, but when she lost him, it all hit her like a freight train, I imagine. One of the trailers show's us Monica Rambeau getting ejected from Wanda's reality. I'm guessing at some point, she ceases to be an NPC, so to speak, and becomes her actual self, which is a problem, as Wanda doesn't want any part of her actual reality, as it's too painful. I think Agnes actually knows who she is and what's going on--we saw her in the trailer tell Vision that he's dead, remember? I'm still trying to figure out if she's friend or foe. I didn't read the comics she's part of, but I think she's a friends, but that doesn't have to be the case here. Will Billy and Tommy be taken from her, like in the comics and absorbed into Mephisto? Will that kick start the events that bring about the Multiverse of Madness? I can't wait to see where this goes. It's weird, but I like it!
Agnes definitely has something up her sleeves cause she keep bothering wanda and she keep mentioning her husband ralph and devil.Agnes mention june 2nd thats the date when the salem witch trials started, also agnes has pet rabbit named "senor scratchy" thats the devil name " old scratch"
If memory serves me right, Feige mentioned two years ago that in the next phase sword was being introduced and that Monica Rambeau would be a member of sword and they would later introduce her other alias Spectrum. The second episode was more upbeat and funnier. In this episode we saw a small helicopter with Iron Man's colors in the bushes . Wanda looked at that befuddled. Later in the episode we find out that Wanda wants to be part of high society and get on the good side of one of the ladies at the country club. I can't recall that character's name but it was Anya from Buffy the vampire Slayer so I'll refer to her as that. Anya didn't like Wanda because she was afraid of her that is why Wanda told her we're not here to hurt you in so many words. Then the radio started playing and a man started saying Wanda who did this to you which startled Anya and she hurt herself with the glass. This episode introduces Monica Rambeau who came up with the name, Geraldine,on the fly because I believe at this time she knows why she is there. Wanda and Vision later perform at a benefit for the children but there were no children there. It was cute humor and at the fact that Monica didn't freak out as she was pulled into the magic act's finale tells me that she still knew that she was there on a mission . At the end of this episode when Wanda and Vision went outside the home and the guy emerged from the sewer and she said "no" aloud, which rewound the show tells me that she is in control of this reality.
Love Liz and Paul’s chemistry. They’re having an absolute blast!! The show is so fun but you also get a sense of the sinister undetones. You can tell Wanda has one hand on the wheel of what’s going on as well as probably Mephisto.

So... looks like Adam 100% predicted everything in this whole show, except possible Agatha. 😲😲😁😁
I LOVE that your first reaction to Dottie was "is that Anya?" Yes!
I think she trapped SWORD agents there. They talked about kids when there aren't any. If that was a regular town there would also be kids. And the commercials look to be events in her life. Maybe the next has to do with Quicksilver? I'm guessing it could be something like a gas station ad for Pietro.
Oh and Illusion and Glamour is a nod to a stage magician couple in the comics.
I got a "Stepford Wives" vibe during the ladies meeting.
The ONLY thing missing is "Loki" as an "Uncle Arthur" type character. This is a masterpiece.
OMGs Yeeesssss!!!
That intro was so nice I watched it twice!
"Of course i did the trick right, im an Illusion"
oof
"There's no skip recap."
Don't you think that perchance it's part of the experience that they included that???
Yeah...skipping the recap is a bad idea for this show. The reactors I've watched have missed SO much, so far. This is a show you really have to pay attention to. In fact, most people should rewatch each episode, midweek, just so they can watch it without laughing quite as much. So many dark clues hidden in the jokes...
SWORD was sort of introduced at the end of Away From Home in the end credits. That was their headquarters Nick and Maria were at.
"This is not going to go well for people in the Marvel Universe." And then the Multiverse of Madness happened.
Not going to go well indeed....
Y'all really have some of the best reactions on here
It look's like Wanda's reality warping ability is coming into play, for example in one of the X-Men comics, (I forget which one, but it involves the twins Jay talks about), Wanda say's "No more mutants" and creates a reality with no mutants. Oooh boy, this is gonna be a good year.
Re-watching this again (comfort watch) and realizing Adam was right from the get go 😂
They also replicated differences in camera work...
Jay - Also look up Magic Goes Wrong from the British troupe Mischief Theatre (same people who do The Goes Wrong Show on BBC/Amazon Prime). Penn and Teller saw their performance in The Play that Goes Wrong and reached out asking if they wanted some help to do a magic show. They're hilarious.
Is that show done? Last I heard they were still work shopping it. I absolutely love the ‘plays that go wrong’
The Nativity aired as their second season premiere for Christmas. Love Mischief Theatre.
This is excellent!! Great reaction guys. Wish I had people to discuss this with on my side of the planet. How fun to speculate all of what's going on. Excellent theories! I just love it.
I'm so happy I found your channel with The Mandalorian. And happier to start this new journey with you guys. You guys are awesome. And so funny. Great job!
Thanks Ariel, happy to have you along for the ride. 🙂
We’ve been low key lurking on your channels for weeks just absolutely loving everything about your videos, and I had to finally throw out a comment because did Adam make a Short Circuit reference?? Johnny 5??? Honestly all the other reactors wish they had what y’all have 1000000/10 have already recommended and will recommend again
Thanks Breanna. Yeah that was a Short Circuit/Avengers Disassemble reference. Awesome job catching it and thanks for joining us!!! 😁
the FEAR in jays eyes when he realizes she's pregnant 😂😂
Almost forgot.. Sword is introduced at the end of Far From Home, Fury and the Skrulls are building the SWORD space platform in one of the post creds
Oooooh!!!! That’s right! Did they have the logo anywhere? I thought it was just Fury in a space station.
@@pReviewd I was 100% sure the SWORD logo was on the space station. But, I just had a look at the 4K disc, and stepped through the post credit scene frame by frame. I can't find the logo anywhere.
Sword was on the notebook by the way at the end of the last episode
House of M - Disney is smart there bringing the X-men in
No homo but Adam is so adorable. You can tell he's legit enjoying the show.
I love you guys! Been watching your Reactions since Mando “The Marshall”
& I’m psyched to watch y’all react to ALL the Marvel in 2021 it’s gonna be fun peaches!
to be fair....If I saw a scary beekeeper emerge from a manhole in the middle of the night...I too would say....no
Today's the day i subscribe to you guys. You both are just fun and entertaining to watch.
Keep it up guys ^_^
Thanks Mac. Glad to have you along for the ride. 🙂
@@pReviewd The pleasure is all mine, Guys. Looking forward to future reactions 🙂
the guy in the bee keeper suit was Talos right? The Skrull Leader from Captain Marvel played by Ben Mendelsohn?
One thing I can't figure out is Vision, I mean it can't be the real Vision so is it an illusion or just a different guy who is used as Vision by Wanda?
Man that show is so fun!
Actually the actor is Zach Henry a stuntman on WandaVision
@@Roberto-to1li oh really?! okay, they do look alike though... a little bit, if you ignore the age gap haha
Mark 8:39. You guys! You didn't recognize the name on that building! The department store! Look at it again! 😎
Great detective work!
SWORD was kind of introduced in the end credits scene at the end of Spider-Man:Far From Home with Fury in the space station.
Your comic book knowledge makes me VERY happy 😁
>Adam complains about there being no skip recap
>Adam notices S.W.O.R.D.'s logo on the recap
Looks like the recap helped! :)
Gotta say that I'm only watching Wandavision because of you guys. Two episodes in, and I'm loving the classis tv nostalgia, and can't wait to see where this is going. See you guys next week.
calling it now: That “No” is building up to a No More Mutants moment in the finale, but in reverse.
*chills* at just the thought. I wonder how graphic they're gonna go with that.
Let me just draw a ccmma and an exclamation mark here, and: “No, more mutants!” :P
I think this show is the opposite of house of m climax lmao.. Instead of wiping all the mutants, "mcu version"house of m introduce the mutants and increase the amount of mutants haha this is just an fan theory
First mental breakdown event is “no!”
Next event is “no more!”
Final events is “no more _ _ _ _ _ _ _!”
In the comics, they always joke that the folks at AIM are dressed like bee keepers... (?)
They showed the SWORD logo in episode 1 too!
Great reaction/review! Thanks for sharing.
Mouse of M! House of M! Also I think the lines "The devil is in the details." "That's not all he's in!", might be huge!
That Millhouse dude would be pretty awesome as Moleman.
Has NO ONE else seen Buffy before??? I’ve seen like six reactions and no one recognizes Emma Caulfield.
Ur theory sounds so good and i think ur right! Cant wait for next week
The bee keeper - check out the uniforms for A.I.M. (Advanced Idea Mechanics) in Marvel Comics.
Jay and a sitcom style show go together like the final 2 puzzle pieces in a 1000 piece jigsaw
Love Liz and Paul’s chemistry. They’re having an absolute blast!! The show is so fun but you also get a sense of the sinister undetones. You can tell Wanda has one hand on the wheel of what’s going on as well as probably Mephisto.
Love the reactions 😘💜
I can't explain it, but this show is giving me goosebumps already. I'm excited for more!!
