1:15 Thank you for being open about your food choices! I really think it is very important to highlight simply doing our best as opposed to being perfect all the time!
Happy to share the reality! For me this is a complete life style, I’ve been eating in a plant based / vegan way for half my life already and will never stop! It’s not about the label it’s about the over all life style💛
I absolutely adore your what I eat in a day videos!! Love the variety of plant based meals and your flexibility with food. Everything looks so delicious!
Sumac grows wild out in some Midwestern states (other places too im sure, but those arethe places I've seen it). On a shrub/tree. It's a deep red/burgundy color.
9:38 I made buckwheat-based granola regularly ( no-oats version) and it is simply the best thing ever. Naturally extra crunchy, nutty and just so so good in a variety of flavour combinations (plain, chocolate, cinnamon, gingerbread spice). Plus, did you know you can actually eat buckwheat raw? :D
I live in South Africa, and my family has always done cabbage in a stir fry... But we add it when cooking is almost done so it doesn't get too soft. Stir fry is generally crunchy, but cabbage softens much faster than most veg
You posted at perfect timing😌, now about to eat and searching for a video to watch and your videos always make me hungry lol. Absolutely love your videos and your personality, you’re such a ray of sunshine ☀️💛
Loved the part with the cabbage in the stir fry! That's exactly what I thought, when I had left over red cabbage. I threw it in my pan and it was sooo delicious. 💜💜
I literally love your videos! they are so inspiring to me, as a young teen who is intolerant to a lot of things can learn to cook healthy meals and stay positive as you do, so thank you! :)
I love your videos! The what i eat in a weeks are my absolute favorite videos and I love your positive and intuitive approach. You are actually one of the people who really inspired me to start my own channel! I just put out my first vlog and am currently in the process of filming my first What I eat in a week video!
Sumac actually comes from a shrub and it's Middle Eastern. It tastes great with salad, burrito bowls, tahini or yogurt dressing, avocado toast, or hummus/falafel/mushroom shawarma wraps.
OMG!!!! I tried the Apple & Granola Thing and it is BOMB!!!! I added non-diary yogurt to mine and this is my new favorite breakfast “meal” SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!
love your videos! that's a hami/snow melon :) i would love to see a video of just your fave drink concoctions, since i'm right there with you with making myself special time-/effort-consuming drinks all the time lol. especially coffee-related!
7:14 Recently made my second ever banana bread and the first vegan one and I must say, it more than delivered - my whole (non-vegan) family absolutely adored it!
Looks so yummy and healthy! Thanks for that period tip, my periods were super painfully too when I was younger. I started going on prescribed BC pills about 10 years ago and they aren’t painful anymore.
i'm trying to be vegan but i struggle with tofu and soy - more the taste, i just don't like soy milk lol. have you any other milk recommendations? and/or a tofu replacement? I'm thinking just take some dried vegetables and pan fry them? thank you so much =)
Why did u add coconut oil into ur hot chocolate ?? Also sumac is from the Middle East love & it’s a sort of a berry hun… we use it mostly in a salad called FATOUSH in Lebanon….
Hey, Its Gra-na-dila 😘Thank You For Your Videos(The Spills Don't Get Old😂), You Bring So Much Peace And Sunshine To My Day Oh And Your Joke Was Funny😊❤Have A Lovely Rest Of Your Day. xx
lol sumac is native to the middle east and used in a lot of the food like salads and marinades. It’s actually pronounced su-mat (very light on the t) if u wanna say it the way natives do haha, but the westernized pronunciation was right.
What about juicing you’re kale? Does the body digest it easy like that too? Or you think massage kale before juicing?? Lol asking for a friend here lol
Love 🥰this video beautiful, lovely & gorgeous Julia and the awesome healthy vegan WFPB foods 😋 and you have made Thursday 30th September much better with your enthusiasm for vegan WFPB foods. Love 💕Julia.
Hi I just hope that you know that "free range, organic" means absolutely nothing for the chickens (other than horror, the same horror as any eggs except maybe backyard eggs).
Damn girl that is a load of sauerkraut. lol. Your food always looks so yummy meanwhile I just throw a bunch of veggies in a salad and use avocado as dressing 🥱😂😂
whenever you zoom in the camera to you spilling liquids i can't help but laugh LMAO it's just so awfully relatable

Juicing takes the fibre out of the picture so no need to massage it before ☺️
