I'm saying this just because I wish you a good health. I have heard many times about fruits and eating them a lot is bad for the liver! Many fruits /day may have the same effect of alcohol for the liver. Ps. I did not read reliable sources but the many nutritionist I listen to them online mentioned this. I used to eat fruits alot but this shocked me and decided to eat less and less than before. I wish you all a great health☺❤

3:33 Are you also that type of person who needs like a little tiny something sweet (chocolate, dried fruit etc) after pretty much any meal? For me, it doesn't even matter if the dish was sweat or not, I just need that extra something :D
I buy a mushroom power, a mix of organic mushrooms same as in the expensive coffees, on Amazon and add it to my coffee. Its a lot less expensive and you actually get more of the mushroom powder then you would ever get in the expensive brand 😉 The pineapple core is really high in bromelain, I freeze it and use it in smoothies. 🙂
I just started doing that actually right after I made this video! My friend has mushroom powder and I tried it now I have to get my own🙌🏻 oooh thank you for the tip, I love that ☺️ much love!
