Hope you called a TnR program so she got the help she needed.
      And her kittens too.
I’ve worked w/them. _Very necessary_ to get her spayed, so no more wild kittens are brought into a very harsh world w/o a home.
The kittens can be socialized & gotten good homes...as well as fixed, too.
There’s ppl w/barns that will take the adults as barn kitties, too.
      It’s a win/win all around!
Feral cats have _very hard_ lives. And sadly, it’s passed on to their kittens by the thousands, each year.
Caring ppl have the opportunity to help stop it, even if for only 1, & her offspring. That 1 alone will add up to hundreds of feral cats on the streets.

Greetings from Missouri in the USA. I absolutely love this story and I’m so happy I’ve found your channel. I’ve recently had black birds (crows) move into my “sanctuary” and have started feeding and talking to them and I am enjoying it so much! I do wish we your sweet kookaburra’s here in the Ozark’s.

Magnificent. What a lovely little family they are. Yes Kookaburra's are so very special. My absolute favourite bird though we don't get too many in Croydon, Victoria, we do occasionally get serenaded by the ones that live close by., and an occasional visitor sitting on the fence without fear. A joyful sight to behold.

Thanks for this beautiful video - entertaining and educational! As for the song… I am old enough to recall the original words, in which the last line was “Gay your life must be.” 😀 I understand the reason for the change (don’t know when it happened). It only proves the power of words!

What a precious little bludger is the kookaburra. My bird feeder attracts sprigs, titmouse, bluejays and colorful woodpeckers. When I am tardy in replenishing the feeder, some of them will place wing on hip, tap the foot and roll the eyes as if to say, "Really?"

Thank you for your lovely video.🙏🙏 I had a similar experience. What started out with 2 Kookaburra's turning up on our balcony ended with 10 of them. Although we did not feed them regularly but when more and more turned up, we thought that it was wise to stop feeding them so they can live naturally. It was hard to say goodbye, particularly to "Bubba", one of the babies. They would perch on my arm at times. Your video took me back to good memory lane❤❤

Living in America, I never see kookaburras except in nature shows. I love animals, even snakes and spiders, but I've never been home to any of them. I do love the books about people who shared their home with a wild animal, such as That Quail, Robert. You are truly blessed by the trust you're receiving from Falcor, Fluffy, and Waddles.

I absolutely looove this! So much love shown to what we call "a wild animal" but they repay in kindness and more! It's mindblowing how much these little birdies trust you, that they have brought they baby and left! 😍 This is how it should be, how I wish it should be, all animals, human and non human, living in friendship and trust like this, while keeping their freedom. They are so much more than we give them credit for, intelligence-wise, emotionally.... Of course that would require staying away from big predators but even for them, humans are not really their food.
