This is one of the most "normal" appartments,at least for me as European. No ladders,no lofts, no hidden storages underground, with balcony and closets.Clean,simple,functional.Its a big yes from me!👍
Very expensive but I guess the location explains it all. Good floor plan and very nice features. You could use one side of the closet as a book storage and place a desk where you wanted to place a bookshelf. You would then have everything you need !
I think this is a very well thought out apartment. Everything you need. The storage is great. The price reflects all of this. I believe I like this apartment the best on your channel !!😊
I would get rid of the bed, and replace it with a hide-a-bed sofa, and Maybe a end table with a lamp for reading. Also maybe a couple small knick knacks for pretty. 😊
Gorgeous and very livable. So well laid out, lots of storage. They have treated it like a full sized apartment, and thus, the future tenAnt with respect. Much more humane than some of the others. Love this one ❤
That's just another wonderful apartment. So spacious and clever furnished. I really like it. The balcony is once again a big plus. I would love to live there.
Yup, well organized and so much storage, plus near so many facilities and that view alone! I think it's the most expensive one we've seen yet, but hey. it's still dirt cheap compared to here in Los Angeles where I live! You'd get one room in a shared place for that little.
@@juanitaloca6277 It is in central Tokyo that is why...if the apartment would be more peripheral the rent will be cheaper...I would like this type of mini apartment even 30 min from the center...likely the price would be down to750 Euro per month.
This is another great apartment. Lots of closet space, great kitchen area, and a balcony. I really like the color of the apartment also, its very bright and calming. I give this one a 9.5 out of 10. Stay healthy, happy and safe always. 😊 and thank you.
I really liked this apartment - very spacious. I agree, a chair (and coffee) and a good book on a nice day on the balcony would be fantastic. I don't like heights but I could manage this one. There was loads of storage in every part of the apartment. Even the shoe cupboard could be used as general storage as well as shoes!! There was enough toilet paper storage to prepare for the next pandemic. Thank you Usui for sharing this room with a view. 😊
Finally, a small apartment with normal-sized closets and storage areas! Honestly I don’t understand why they always separate all the functions in the bathroom. They could combine the shower, toilet, and washing machine in one space. The separation walls could either be used for extra storage or added as additional square meters to the living room. Probably it's a norm in Japan...
I really like this apartment. It is very expensive though for the rent. The benefit is that you can comfortably add the bed and some furniture in the main room. I like the fact that there is a lot of storage. I think you better wait for reading on the balcony. The noise from the construction will be a distraction. Nice video. 😊

The show closet is very big. I'd put my shoes on the bottom portion of course and the top portion for extra storage. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets for many cooking items. Tho' I'd rather have an induction cooker 2 or 3 burner instead of gas. The wet area is nice and storage for washing supplies and other items. The living/bedroom area is very nice with plenty of natural light and a little balcony with a really nice view as well. The rent is very high due to the location and the exchange rate, which might be worth it if you can make the monthly rent and still live comfortably. Thank You for showing us these, please keep showing more different styles.
I used to live in a 1400 sqft 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for 4 years and downgraded to renting a room in house thats 10ft x 10ft. Seeing these mini apartments is something that's right up my alley. I do miss having my own space so this apartment is something I would jump on if I could find something just like it where I live.
Simple and functional micro apartment. I would still use a loft bed to get the maximum space out of the living/bed room 😅. Price is alright i'd say for the location, considering all the facilities nearby, aka, hospitals, schools, transportation and so on.

I love the amount of storage! For shoes, kitchen items, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and clothes. The balcony has a lovely view of the nearby park. I like the shape of the bedroom area because there are different options to place the bed, TV, desk, and bookshelf. The open balcony area to the apartment door seems scary for being on the 13th floor. But it also means that you could open the balcony window and the front door at the same time and get an amazing cross-breeze. The cost is high, but I can understand. The apartment has nice finishes and is in a desirable area.

For comparison, my apartment is 4 years old in Vancouver, Canada. It is 30sq m. It is long and narrow with a 60cm wide balcony. My rent is subsidized as I am 60 years old. Market rent is $1,540 - $1,600 Canadian a month. It is right downtown in "Davie Village".
EDIT: Usui has viewers around the world. Where you are from - what does a small apartment cost in a good area near downtown?
down the road from you in pdx/portland oregon. similar pricing to a wee bit higher for similar downtown apt. you get free junkies at your door for that price, along with more erractic city services. these Japanese apts are a bargain compared to that!!
More so a small apartment rather than a micro. Costly but very nice design. The construction noise outside the balcony would drive me nuts.
Very nice!!!!
