It did used Acrylic yarn and mine is not heavy at all, it could be a bit too hot for summer but it’s perfect for fall.you could also use cotton yarn as well.

You can do increasing in every row to get your bust measurements and you will probably have to do more increase in each row than I did and measuring it as you go.

I've followed your tutorial and it's amazing. But the problem am having is the five rows I added at the neckline to attach to my backside, has made the dress not to be equal in length size . The front panel is taller than the back panel. Kindly help
