WHY EID ON DIFFERENT DAYS IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES?

Different Countries celebrate Eid on different days, is this correct?
Bayans of Sheikh Assim Al Hakeem & Mufti Menk is used to show that Muslims should unite, adn there is no harm having Eid on different days.
