    I'm underweight and have been since I got diagnosed with systemic scleroderma so this really helped me learn new information that I can incorporate into my diet.

    Important: many of us have sclerodactyly and other hand disabilities! How are we supposed to prepare food??? 😊😊😊😊😊

      Get Dr. Brooke Goldner's book. She helped me tremendously and then I had BEMER Therapy and bought my own after that. For exercise, I Rebound.....and other than an excellent probiotic & digestive enzyme,, these things have helped me stay off meds. I also kicked the junk food.....it was the cause of my pain & inflammation.

    Saturated fat isn't a bad fat! As for olive oil I can't afford it. Kippers I eat their cheap fish readily available here.

    I’m gaining weight due to diffuse scloderma
