1. This is not specifically for sales in healthcare. I would say its standard practise if you are selling.
2. This is not tactics. Its skills. Basic salesskills.
The only exception for using the full skillset presented here(at least in Sweden) is probably within healthcare.

Is there a range as to how much top Employee Benefits Producers make in compensation annually? Ever $1 Million +?
Typically >$350K. Yes, can be as high as over $1M.
