While the show took out Alicent as the helpless witness and the Heleana’s choice aspect, that sound design of their daggers scraping bone as they hacked the boy’s head off was brutal. I had to hug my 4 year old and my dogs afterwards. Maybe it’s a parent of young ones thing like not being able to watch even reviews showing that baby neck breaking scene from Mother, but they nailed the terror in that scene in their own way imo
