@dogs aren't dangerous my guy I’m literally studying for my BFA. I know an art when I see it. And judging by your other comments you’re just here to start arguments with people who just wanna leave compliments in his comment suggestion.
@dogs aren't dangerous I believe that making things for either visual, oral, sensory, or auditory stimulation is art. From what I see you believe is that art is to be appreciated and observed, like a portrait on a wall or a song on your phone, and is not meant to be interacted with directly. By that logic, my line of study (Game Art) which is making assets for video games, is a craft and not an art. Correct?
@dogs aren't dangerous why not? Someone can perfect their cheese sandwich recipe after making it for 40 years professionally, and anybody who knows the basics of cooking can too. Like how a toddler and a professional can both use colored pencils. It’s both art, just on different levels
I was able to get into his bar a year ago. Absolutely wonderful experience. I usually only have one or two drinks max, but I had 4 cocktails while I was there. I got both the Forest and root beer cocktails. Both were delicious!
There’s a Japanese steak house near me with bartending like this. It really is like watching an artisan create a masterpiece and it’s just as soothing. Every time someone complains on how long a drink takes I pretty much give them a death stare. 🙃
The word "grandmaster" has been used quite a lot here, but I don't think anyone is truly looking at this man's motions. Not a single flourish, reach, movement, is either exaggerated or diminished; he knows exactly how much effort he needs to perform every single task. This man is absolutely in control of his self, his surroundings, and everything he needs to perform his craft. Not only that, but it genuinely looks as though he enjoys it.
This man loves his job and it’s amazing! Also, bartenders are chemists who seek a more artistic approach than your average chemist. This dude is technically a great chemist

@@jayluiz9709 No, you do not, and the fact that you said that is pretty ignorant. When I went in 2018, his drinks were in very reasonable at 18-20 USD.
Have had the honor and privilege of getting cocktails from him and it’s a magical experience. The moment you enter his bar, you are truly in another realm. 🙇🏻♀️
Where is it located?
@@adamhunter4120 Tokyo, Bar Benfiddich. But honestly this video is shot so well, it feels just as intimate as the real thing!
What the price of a drink?
Great to see someone who excels in their craft and takes pride in their work.
I've been watching a lot of Bar Rescue videos lately, so it's incredibly refreshing and relaxing to see a master bartender at his craft.
Same here man, it's quite the contrast between seeing "YOU BLEW IT, CLOSE THIS BAR!" to Elegant Barman Performing Alchemy.
It's what brought me here too lol
haha same. I enjoy Bar Rescue and Jon Taffer's direct criticism against lazy bad bartending. Then this video pop up and watched it and boy I thought I was watching potion making.
Watching this to go to sleep, but I am always woken up whenever he stares deep into my soul.
this man has an elegance and fluidity to his movements that are just as interesting and mesmerizing as the drinks he's concocting.
This will always remain my favorite video. This guy is truly a master of his profession.
It's definitely amazing to watch. There's a certain amount of dedication to process & an unmatched level of grace used by those this skilled in their craft that holds the standard of bar none.
I'm curious to know how many bartenders are on staff on a busy night because I can't imagine just one bartender being able to accomodate for large, intricate drink orders while still maintaining that level of dedication to process & doing it as efficiently while having to go 2 to 3 times as quick to make drinks that require multiple steps and/or specific garnishments. One thing for certain this gentleman takes bartending to a whole new level of art form & is fascinating to watch his skills in progress.❤Thank you for sharing this.
This place is, like many in Japan, pretty tiny. Also, this guy runs a bar in the same building that accommodates a lot more people.
The post production on this is impressive.
I can't get enough of this video, it's amazing. I wish they would make more videos like this, with updated recipes. Would be worth a view. Two thumbs up.
I’m looking for a bartender here in Vegas that style is somewhat like this. He needs to make more videos like these. It’s an art form when you watch him and imo mellows you out watching him work.
His slight tremor gives him out he's really concerned about the result! Magnificent!
If you work with your hands a lot, its not hard to develop tremors in your hands.
@@shoshoncaligula5512 but when somebody who you want to impress staring at you?
my god... the quality and elegance of this video is astronomical! Incredibly well done, thank you!
that bar setup is the aesthetic i strive for in life...
Beautiful methodical skill and presentations. Amazing video and audio capture as well.
I cry laughing when he looks at the camera
not only you bro XD
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I felt violated
He doesn’t look at the camera, he looks into our souls
@@esatmerter9901 😆😆😆😆😆
This guy could do a bottle flip in cursive
This made me die
best comment😂
Why so low?
We have the god tier comment here
Tremendous.
I love this. This is awesome!
I love how I can see his skill and technique form the way he opens the shaker to his precise moments with the liquor.
Or how he matches the spin out of the mixer and into the cleaning water to seem like it just flowed inside
That drink probably like 60 bucks right there,, if i told my bartender to make that drink he probably pure some jack Daniels in tomato juice and tell me to enjoy
You made me laugh so hard 😂😂😂😂
To be fair, I stopped into BF on a trip to Tokyo because of these videos back in 2019 and the drinks are like 20-25 each. Dude was working and was super nice and fun!!!
@@DearYouTNM i m a bartender but not on that level tho...beeing on that level is more than beeing a chef in the chitchen(sorry for my english)
actual facts, bartender would be like... "Son, here's some jack with some god dam canned tomato juice... enjoy."😂
@@florinraileanu4300 do bartenders serve people who drink non-alcoholic drinks?
One of the best asmr videos out there ❤
He isn’t just a bartender, he’s an artist
@dogs aren't dangerous WDYM by limits? I’m not trying to be a jerk I’m just hella autistic and I don’t understand what you mean.
@dogs aren't dangerous ooooooh now I get it
This man out here making alchemical potions.
"Hello, Potion Seller, I am going into battle and I want your strongest potions"
9:42 all your life in this man eyes.
I love a playlist of all the music in this
The bartender is not making a drink, he has studied the ancient ways of alchemy to make the elixir of life.
He's not just a Bartender, He's THE BARTENDER
I SAW HIM ONCE MIXING WITH A FUC**IN PENCIL...
Context: A bartender that sends you in secondary missions to search for herbs and such to create his bizarre cocktails.
I could watch this video a million times. It's so relaxing.
You can see the confidence in his eyes. His craft is done without doubt. Truly a master of masters at work.
26:24 finally bringing out the tools to match the music and lighting I see
Ah you got me on this one! 🤣
Am I the only one binging “satisfying Bartender videos” at 11:00Pm?
this man and I.....well, we love each other. You can see it in his eyes
Hands down one of the best ASMR VIDEOS ever
Artistic style, relaxing sounds and an amazing video. Awesome stuff!
This man loves his job and it’s amazing!
Also, bartenders are chemists who seek a more artistic approach than your average chemist. This dude is technically a great chemist
I’m not sure that description would hold up in court, but I see where you’re coming from!
In a way yes they are somewhat, but chemist does more than just finding new stuff going with drinks and mixing.
Tell that to the old lady in my local bar who just hands out beers..so stop it
This team video is absolutely wonderful to make this happend. Blowing mind!
Gutted there's no taste-vision yet... but one of the best ASMR clips I've seen with *chefs kiss* setting and editing. Well done!
The precision of movements reminds a lot a tea ceremony.
I never drank alcohol and I never found it as an interesting beverage, but damn this mister is an artist at what he’s doing 😊

"THIS IS THE WRONG WAY TO CONSUME ALCOHOL!"

I’m not sure it’s even alcohol anymore
3:34 when you said: "i changed my mind, i don't want it" LMAO
His pleased smile the whole time is so relaxing.
thanks for this compilation...it makes me relaxed and have the feel at a bar
from my experience, asmr is best enjoyed when paired with music, and this is living proof of that.
This is exactly the type of bartender with very unique and intriguing natural/alcoholic concoctions I would be ok becoming "thirsty" for every single day!
I could watch this all day and not sleep at all ❤ best sounds of all time, hearing liquid whirls, drops, the bell when the stirring equipment hits the glass, all so relaxing.
