I'm working many years in the poultry industry I do the best but some growers don't appreciate what I doing for them they pay cheap and treat the employees look like slaves ,right now I got the best bossman him appreciate what I'm doing for him

These chickens have had not too bad of a life really considering... lots of room to move and looked well taken care of, unlike battery hens... those I deeply feel for.

I’m in charge in a poultry farm and we use the catching machine. Why there’s no catching machine ? is it too expensive so not every company can buy it ?

Their chickens that are going to be eaten anyway... holding them upside down calms them down and stops them going mental and hurting you with their claws or hurting themselves or the other chickens with their wings
