25k subscribers and your videos now days are so pro and smooth. I love it. Great work mate, I have been following you from day 1 and its cool to see all the small tweaks and improvements you have made.
Thanks for sharing. My issue that I am having with this configuration is my trigger is "At a scheduled time" and my Action in the Repeating Group is to send email to my team member with their own compiled list of tasks to-do of the week. How can I do that?
You may wish to set up another action step in the middle here that finds task records based on conditions. You'd then send those records to the team member via email in the next step. You may be able to build this in a loop so that it repeats for all team members, although I haven't done that personally. I'll add this to our queue of video ideas however.
In a scenario were each record in a certain view has a button (that performs a certain action) like opening a webhook URL, can you configure the looping automation to click all the buttons in that view at once based on a certain trigger (ex. one master button or that these records have just entered a new view)?
Thanks for explaining, I was already curious what the use case is here. Super helpful. Only question I have is how you would handle the scenario if you have > 100 tasks because the find records option have a maximum of finding 100 records.
Another interesting note, your initial automation would be an issue once you had > 26 tasks since Airtable currently only offers a maximum of 25 or 26 steps.

Glad you liked it!

FYI the custom option just gives you a custom name to the step not custom settings.
No way!!! I can't wait to try this.
It's so good!

In this case you might prefer a script that can work in batches
Could this be used to replace scripts to build and cleanup Junction Tables?
I'm not sure about cleanup, but it could definitely replace scripts that loop based on records!

Great point! Didn't even realize I was on the bubble!
Great
