Great video! Question, I am trying to create a automation where my employees are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks or once a month. I would like to create a record each time a shift is done so that we can see what shifts are coming in the next few weeks. Is there a way to do this correctly without the "7" "days" etc. Because sometimes the schedule changes and I would like to see those adjustments in the upcoming shifts aswell.

Super helpful, thank you! Could I create multiple automations so that it did recurring tasks for the week and tasks for daily? So if I did it weekly, and I had one due date for a monday and another for a Friday, when it was marked complete, it would automatically make the first reccuring on the next monday and the other on the next friday? I guess I could just test it and find out.

Okay, got it to work by putting due date,7,"days" into the formula field. Now I have 2 automations, daily & weekly! Thank you so much!!!

@@rochelleruby9989 Glad you got it figured out! And in general, you can always create as many specific recurrence automations for different time periods as you need. At some point (e.g. 10 recurrence automations) it becomes more efficient to take an alternative route, and I'll probably make a video about that option at some point, but for now it sounds like you have exactly the right solution :) Happy automating!

So did you create a new column completely for the weekly automation?
