@@GarethPronovost Thank you! I have watched the looping automation and have set it up but I can't figure out how to add a step in. I added it to the template but it didn't automatically add it to the task list for a project. Do you have anything specific to that? Thank you. Your videos are so helpful!
@@lynnemoyer4347 for a looping automation, you will first find all of the records from the template. Then the automation will create those individually through the loop. If built correctly, this would mean that any new item added to the template will then be created with the new automation. We'll add this to our list of upcoming videos if it would help.
You can build an automation to do this, although it's generally best practice to keep it in the original table and build views around the new status criteria
emojis can be added to most text by accessing the emoji menu and selecting your desired emoji. I'm on a PC and I use START and PERIOD keys as a shortcut to quickly access the emoji menu on Windows.

have you tried to add emojis onto automated email formats before? does pressing START and PERIOD work?
Yes, I use emojis in automated emails and slack messages. Start + period works for me, I'm a PC/Windows user

For this, you might want to explore a looping automation that can work from templates. We've done some videos on the topic, if it helps!
