Of all the hotels at Disney and Universal, Sapphire Falls is our go to favorite for all around quality, value, theming, service, and amenities. In general, we have always found the Lowe’s/Universal hotels to be better than the Disney hotels when we compare quality, amenities, and value. Lowe’s knows the hotel business.

I *never* unpack when I travel either! Just live out of my suitcase. It seems like soooo much effort with very little reward to move things to dressers or the closet.

I never unpack. What is the point. All of the travel vloggers are like look at all of the drawers! I am like I have never put anything in a hotel drawer in my life....
Yep my closet is the extra bed. No risk of leaving something behind. Well, mostly. ;).
I'm an unpacker, unless it's only a really short trip. I feel like I can't find anything if it's all crammed in my suitcase still! How do you all manage it?
We just came back from our second stay at Cabana Bay with a Volcano Bay view room and while we're both also huge Disney fans, Universal's competitive pricing is really, really making it hard for us to justify Disney hotel prices, just because you get so much more for your money at Universal.
This is the first time I've seen Molly surprised by the heat of a dish! The look on her face was priceless!😂👵
I stayed at Surfside last winter and was blown away. Beautiful, clean, and best of all CHEAP! Since it was a ‘value’ resort, I stayed in the 1 bedroom, living room/kitchenette which had 3 queen sized beds. And it was only $160 a night. The only downside to that universal hotel was there was no hot tub! Huge pool, ginormous pool area that could fit like 15 hot tubs, but there was no hot tub.
We just got back from Florida. We stayed at the beach club at Disney and surfside at universal. Beach club was amazing but i couldnt believe how nice surf side was for the cost.
Whenever I see a Molly video I instantly get excited and grab a snack lol
Speaking of dogs, we are thinking of bringing our pup on vacation with us. Would love to see a dog-focused video! Hotels that welcome pets, dog-friendly places to go, dog daycare options while we go to the parks?
That would be amazing she could take kronk and Ella to Fort wilderness cabins (which are dog - friendly) for a stay cation

I'm staying at Sapphire falls in October and going to univeral studios park and HHN. I'm so glad you did this hotel, as I have public/crowds anxiety and social anxiety. You showing me what to expect, cuts the anxiety in half, and that is one of the many things I do to manage my anxiety. Lots of prep work, research, making lists and exposure therapy. Thank you so much Molly. I watch you and Jackie from Super Enthused. Both of you ladies have made my vacation in October possible. I wouldn't have been able to fathom it. Love your videos!!

I have stayed at Cabana Bay for a week and would cross the road to Sapphire Falls almost everyday to catch the boat to the parks. I like the theming of Cabana Bay better, price is better and as Molly said, if I would pay more, I would invest in Royal Pacific and enjoy express pass.
This is one of my favorite resorts! Molly, the light touch mirrors are my favorite part about the rooms!😂
I always unpack! My husband has to have everything hung up and organized for him. I’m doing the unpacking. My husband does travel for business with out me! Thank you Molly!

We never unpacked until we started cruising. On a cruise you really need to because space is limited. Now we always unpack.

We've been looking into Sapphire Falls as a possible Resort for a future trip. They have a lot to offer, menus are great, rooms are nice and its walkable to the parks. A lot of win features. I always love your videos.
We stayed there a few years ago, excellent hotel.

We stayed there a few years ago. Very nice hotel! The food was great on both Amatista and Strong Water.
This is one of our favorite hotels!! It’s all about the curried goat and coconut rice at the lobby bar🤤

I love Sapphire Falls! Just stayed there in June and loved everything about it. The only thing I would say is that the shuttle bus only run to and from the hotel if it is raining. Your main source to getting to the parks is to either take the boat, or use the walkway. Learned that from a Team Member when I was there.

We stayed at Sapphire Falls the first time we went to Universal and now whenever we talk about going back we can never decide if we want to stay at a different hotel or return to Sapphire Falls. We never got to try their sit down restaurant so I think Molly should come back for that!

MY FAVORITE resort!! Staying at Aventura first time in 2 weeks just because I've not stayed there yet. Valet at SF are AWESOME
Sapphire Falls is the best place to staycation. Strong Water Tavern is AhMazing. The pineapple fritters at Amitista are the best breakfast 😋 pricewise, it is inline with Disney value, but overall definitely gives the deluxe hotels a run for the money.
Dockside is nice very nice.. room was larger than that.. seems universal resorts are all so nice in their own precious ways

Tip on the fuel rods (if they are still honoring it) if you bought it before they started charging you can ask to be “grandfathered” in and you’ll get a QR code through their app to continue to get free exchanges. I had my receipt via email saved so was easy to get
I'm A Disney DVC since 2010 and always bought an annual pass for Disney World every year. Once my annual pass expires this year, I will getting an annual pass to Universal over Disney due to Disney's lack of experience and magic.
I stayed there like two weeks ago and my friend and I were so impressed. We were not expecting it to be that nice

Stayed at cabana bay beach resort for Christmas for 10 days going to sapphire falls in February for Valentine’s Day for 5 days should be fun ....great video
Disney needs to pay attention to what is happening around them before it's too late. These "value" resorts are cheaper than Disney's "value" resorts and they are significantly better quality. Universal noticed a gap in the market and they are really hitting hard.

I loved this hotel. We stayed the the year it opened.
That tavern is very popular. Especially after parks close and no lines like in City Walk. Frequent guests know about the sliders.
3 hours for Gringotts?!? Holy moly that is crazy. Definitely check for single rider on that one unless it is your first time. Single rider skips the queue theming which is awesome but is very quick wait.

Haha i always unpack because we usually stay for at least a week, easier to see when laundry needs to be done lol
I'd definitely stay at this resort but for just a little bit more to stay at the premier resorts that include express passes, it's no contest every time.
I used to never unpack either until my girlfriend gave me the genius tip of putting clean clothes in the drawers and packing up dirty clothes as you wear them. Less packing to do at the end of the trip!
We were just there last week and we stayed for 8 days. Beautiful hotel!

I love this resort so much. I know RPR for not too much more gives you express passes but I wouldn't want a full holiday there. Prefer SF for the long haul and pay for an overnighter at RPR to get the 2 nights of express passes (and one night where someone in the group get to sleep with no one else snoring!)

Please do a video review of Universal Aventura Hotel. Also a video on how long it takes to get to Disney Parks & Disney Springs from each Universal resort.
Hagrids has a very complicated block system which creates all these downtimes running with ten trains. Imagine how long the line would be with twelve trains like Intamin originally advertised. 😂😂😂
The Home2 by Hilton Universal Partner Hotel is also sooooo sweet like cabana bay. But 90 a night. And no parking fee. And i still search the problem staying there 😅. After watching this i guess Universal is just super cool!!!
Would love a review of the Beach Club resort, rooms and all that of course plus would love to see that tied in with a review of Cape May Cafe! I've heard amazing things about the buffet and would love to see it.
Drawing off theme park guests with lower priced rooms. Wonder if Disney will ever lower room prices ? Probably not, that is not until they have to take less. Maybe shortsighted strategy, as in the way Harry Potter lured guests away.
I was definitely impressed with the lower prices compared to Disney!

I don't unpack, either. Never have....likely never will. I'm that person that tries to keep all of her stuff together as much as possible so that it's less mess to clean up and hopefully it helps me not lose anything.
Let me tell you something I have been a disney person forever universal is so underrated I spent a week on property and we had a blast
Molly, I need to know what shade of lipstick that is. It’s beautiful. It goes with your outfit and your hair perfectly at the same time.
I don’t like super strong drinks. I prefer sweeter drinks, so I will have the drink cocktail that Molly’s having, but with pineapple juice. Pineapple goes with everything!!!!

I saw this and decided to cancel my Orlando airbnb and upgrade to staying at Sapphire Falls for the winter. It's way more expensive obviously but the perks/benefits just were too valuable to pass up for me! The 1-hour early access and water taxi alone go a long way for me.
I feel like if I unpack my suitcase completely it’ll be time to leave by time I finally feel comfortable
