Thats a brand new Honda Civic every 3 years... idk about you guys but thats a scam in plain sight. $50 a month should be more than enough to cover expenses and they're taking 6x that amount. Rich or Not nobody in the right mind would think thats fair. Ever since 2001 when the World Trade Center was demolished, Insurance companies would shoot their prices higher and higher everytime theres an significant impact on the economy. When the State controls the means of Travel and distribution of goods and services, they can more easily manipulate the public.

But it gets worse. The lady behind me had an escort wagon she owned from new that was in her garage. She had gone through at least two other cars, her kids were grown and gone I have no idea why she kept it. (I didn't know she still had it) One day it was in the driveway and she was trying to get the tags off it. A tow truck was on the way and she was junking it. Canada- Section 24(3)a fine of 598.00. No insurance -if you don't have insurance at all. The vehicle can be impounded for three months.
if you do have insurance and you don't have it with you. They can call in insurance that you do have it, but you can get a ticket of $ 81.00.
That you can also dispute in Court and it Wouldn't be the same as section as section 24 (3) and (b) you have a choice how you want to dispute it.
If the officer is nice he, might just give a lesser clearance in his Mercy or Grace concerning traffic tickets, refusing to show your insurance has many reasons, the officer might be considerate to that reason-.vs -No insurance at all.
Not in regards to other officers money laundering, that's a different story.

    In Arizona its:
The fine for driving without auto insurance in Arizona depends on the number of offenses and can range from $500 to $1,000:
    First offense
A minimum fine of $500, plus a three-month suspension of your driver's license, registration, and license plates
    Second offense within 36 months
A minimum fine of $750, plus a six-month suspension of your driver's license, registration, and license plates
Third or more offenses within 36 months
A minimum fine of $1,000, plus a one-year suspension of your driver's license, registration, and license plates
In addition to the fine and suspension, you may also be required to file an SR-22 certificate of financial responsibility for up to two years. This is a more expensive type of car insurance.

You dont need insurance if you can afford to pay for the damage you cause

    • @Beuwen_The_Dragon
      @Beuwen_The_Dragon 11 месяцев назад +4

      Exactly.
It used to be a basic understanding that you choose to take your life in your own hands when you drive a car, fly a plane or ride a horse…
Doing anything comes with a risk of injury and death.
People used to get into fender benders all the time, and the cost of repairs was manageable for most people.
Then insurance companies came along, not as a mandate, but as a Market Business.
It was always something of a Ponzi scheme, but in its infancy offered a service for the people who might not have a decent savings stashed away to pay for damages. Being a service, insurance companies competed with each other, offering low rates and high returns. It was a market business..
But then the State made Insurance Mandatory.. This removed the incentive for market competition, because now insurance companies are guaranteed money.
So they hiked the price up.
Same thing happened with Health care.
It used to be that doctors and hospitals were Free Market Services, offering healthcare services for competitive rates.
Then Health insurance came along, seeing a way to collaborate and guarantee both medical services and medical insurance money. So the doctors and hospitals were starting to charge people more if they were uninsured, to incentivize people to get health insurance, because with insurance they were guaranteed money.
And as soon as the state mandated health insurance, competition ceased altogether.
And with the State Mandating Insurance, the Lawsuit Culture blossomed..
Because now people were incentivized to Sue each other and their insurance over guaranteed money.
People without insurance were suited for all they own, and people with insurance were suited for not getting payed enough, and insurance companies were suing each other for more money…
Insurance as we know it is a Scam, and the manipulation of the market by the government and insurance industry has insensitivised the litigious lawsuit culture we are saddled with today, sapping the people of their earnings and possessions, and destroying the free market.
It is the Death of Liberty.
And at the rate we are going we will all soon be perpetual Debt slaves owned by the Insurance institutions, in a constant state of suing each other for our five minutes of wealth that will inevitably go right back into the Coffers of the Courts, the Lawyers and The Insurance Industry.

Court day I present case to the judge and agreed to reduce it from $5000 to $350 and my wife went a paid it the same day.
I argued that she was taking one of hour kids to the hospital because it was an emergency and at tha moment she was on social assistance and I was out of town for work that day and couldn’t drive my son myself and she didn’t a choice, but drive her uninsure car, but that was the first and last time she drove with no insurance

Instead of fining them, just create an insurance fund for them by making them pay $5000 into it, and $100 a month therafter. That fund pays out damages like real insurance without an insurer profiting. Use DMV staff to assess damages. Every 3 years you up the price for new drivers, while cutting the cost for good drivers.
