Interesting theory! A lot of people consider Missy an incarnation after Sacha Dhawan's version as the u-turn on the "being good" thing felt too much of a jolt. Speaking of Big Finish, wasn't there a female incarnation that is said to be after Missy called the Lumiat? A properly good version of the Master? I liked your theory about the dematerialisation circuit but didn't the Simm Master take that to go and repair his TARDIS so he could escape the Mondas ship? I thought the point was that Missy did that speech about it to Simm's Master so she'd be carrying one? But she has no TARDIS to use it on as she mainly travelled via Vortex Manipulator so I thought the implication was to give it to Simm's Master so he'd escape and become her? Nice regeneration effect by the way, editing Sacha Dhawan into the footage from The Doctor Fall's look really seemless!
Yet it was missy circuit and it was given to saxon And yep the lumiat Was an incarnation Between missy and the spy master who was supposedly good although I don't think you can call yourself good if the way that you are good is using a special field to literally cut all the evil bits out of yourself She literally pre programmed herself to be good And she snapped her back to evil when She Regenerated because they always do Mainly. Because another version of them shows up Because this isn't the first time the master has stopped being the master for a while
You are aware that there is an Big finish story in Missy series 2 the Lumiere. Where is explained how Missy regenerated Missy became The Lumiere not Sasha Dewan’The Master
The lumat Then regenerated into the spy master and was honest with themselves Because they weren't really good miss.Y just chose to stay with the doctor and the lumat Basically just cut out Portions of their own personality
Except John Simm is the one holding the dematerialization circuit just before they leave the Doctor, and got away with it. Timestamp for the episode: 33:04
@plantainsame2049 Nah, pretty sure tge Spy Master is pre-Missy, and no, Missy's not GOOD, but she was recovering from the trauma, The Master wasn't always insane, that was the Time War you know.
@lexruptor Okay one no it's confirmed he's after her And 2, the master was evil centuries before the time war. What are you on about the time War took place from the eighth doctor era to the 9th doctor era master has been A character since the third doctor era They aren't evil because of their trauma. They're evil because it's fun They have many tragic origin stories. But it doesn't really matter because they are the master.Because it's fun If you look at all the doctor's old friends , i'm a majority of them are evil, And then you look at how cold in callous. The first doctor started out The Doctor turned good. The master was always evil
Missy regenerated into the Lumiat by using an elaysian field, it destroyed her old body, allowing her to make a new body with a new set of regenerations and she can mold her new self into what she wanted, missy chose to purge herself of her most evil traits, after a while the lumiat met missy where after a while she was ironically killed by missy, turning into the spy master, with his malice restored.
I have a theory about why Dhawan's Master is so evil and rabid, despite him being an incarnation after Missy, who has a redeption and the whole Lumiat situation. For those unfamiliar, the Lumiat is the embodiment of the Master's goodness, similar to the Doctor's Valeyard. Essentially, the Doctor has the Valeyard, and the Master has the Lumiat. Missy became the Lumiat through an illegal Time Lord ritual known as the Elisian Field, which completely rewrites a Time Lord's attributes. My theory is that the Elisian Field separated the Master's evil and goodness, transforming Missy into the Lumiat. This process removed the hate, malevolence, desire for power, and survival instincts from Missy, making her good. However, we know that the Master doesn't die easily. This means that even though the evilness was separated from Missy and should have perished, the Master's strong survival instincts kept the evil part alive. This unexpectedly bigenerated Missy to the Lumiat and the Master.
Missy's clearly the last incarnation, permadead. Chibnall just didn't understand or something, idk. The Spy Master has to be pre-Missy though, so probably Simm turns into Sacha turns into Missy. The only real alternative is if the Time Lords intervened and saved Missy, which still wouldn't explain how they jumped back into the insanity, since the insanity was caused by the Time War, and Missy was firmly getting over all of that. You could say they discovered the Timeless Child and got upset, but that seems like a bit of a stretch, and Sacha's master seems to clearly wanna die, maybe Sacha's Master is, idk, from the Time War somehow, no clue. Point is, Chibnall messed up, he probably didn't understand that reasons and explanations need to be present, ya can't just throw out your own Master whenever if that character's dead.
I don't know about the Dhawan Master as the start of spyfall the master says he corners the human version on his first day assuming that's where he got the face It could possibly be like capaldi being the doctor and Caecilius Don't know if this throws a lazer spanner in the story but loving the what ifs and theory videos

0:26 Personality

I've seen someone bring up bigeneration of the Master as an idea as to why he survived too.
I can honestly see this happening, especially with how RTD likes Missy!
Big finish already explained that With a whole incarnation between missy and the spy master
The luminat
THE FACT THIS IS IN DOCTOR WHO MAGAZINE IS INSANE! - ty much love

Well knowing how Missy said she once convinced themselves to always have a spare, perhaps Missy has more..
Missy was resurrected by becoming the Lumiat I thought?
She was and then the lumat was stabbed and became the spy master
And also missy wasn't really good. She just chose to stand with the doctor

I think of it like a war doctor situation, When she hit her own head. she forget things, the master forget missy.
They didn't forget missy. They just simply went back to normal like they always do

I like the idea of him being in between them not after
Well , he would be wrong because the Order is saxon missy lumiat spy master
Interesting. How about John Simms Master regenerating/bi-generating into Missy has that ever been explained?
She stabs him and he regenerates into her
