Man that way having the view at the living room is super nice. For the LED I would probably add a L shape slat on bottom of the glass and under it add the LED facing the wall that way the entire wall would look nice! Super nice setup.
thanks for the suggestion but i need some clarification, you mean slat on the entire wall below the glass? how do you have LED facing the wall?
Don't go down the keyboard rabbit hole no matter what, endgame sound does not exist.
Thank goodness it only took me 8 keyboards to feel fulfilled! 😂
Love the settee and the planter box design, it look so sleek and comfortable!
yeah it is!
The best video i've ever seen about this theme. You inspired me. Thanks!
This room looks damn cozy while it also has a refreshing feeling
The drawer/window seat is such a good use of space. I love the separation of the spaces but also how it still feels like it’s cohesive. ❤
Hey there! As a fellow tech enthusiast, I totally get how important it is to maintain a spotless setup. Have you checked out the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule? It offers powerful vacuuming and blowing capabilities, making it ideal for both your desk and car. Plus, the multiple tubes and washable filters ensure long-lasting performance. It's definitely worth considering for your cleaning routine! 🧹💨
absolutely gorgeous setup! love how it's aesthetic both from the front and back
thanks!
Holy those plants and the white background is stunning.
Love the setup!! Well done👏
so breathtaking . kudos man
What a pleasing set up. You have such great vision. Definitely inspired me with some of your ideas!
happy to hear that!
The planter box is nice!
what a beautiful setup
Wonderful video alex, great setup. I love the transparrent glass behind the desk allowing you to see the beautiful TV wallpaper. I also like, "my other half". Good work, keep it up.
thanks mate!
I really love the idea of the mini office being in an aquarium in the back of the living room. The modern white aesthetic with splashes of color is an interesting pick, contrasting with the popular dark setups nowadays. Also the video quality was good, keep up the good work ^^
Thanks for the comment!
love the desk!
very nice study room set-up ... love the robo adaptor! thanks for sharing - very nice content as always
Thanks mate!
Looks awesome!
Beautiful setup Alex. Love that you sharing some features of every items you added in the room. Also, its a great idea to replace omni desk very wide top with ikea's.
Glad you liked it!
great set up Alex, I love how you explain every thing in your setup with information. :)
thanks man :)
Very nice makeover!! Great effort in the colour theme too!
Thanks mate!
Absolutely incredible, Alex! Sleek, clean and inspiring. By the way, awesome view. Wishing you continued success. Thank you for the setup roadmap. 🤝
Thanks for the kind words!

thanks!
the bamboo tree really a plus in the element...!
yeah its a love at first sight!
very nice make over!
Thanks!
wow, well done dude
Thanks dude
So nice.. since u personally think u had out your place.. how about fans like giving u a picture of the room plus dimension of our room, listing down what we need, also u let u know on our reasonable budget.. and for u to create a 3D or augmented visual. On top of that, adding your touch on tech and taste.
V matching world map wallpaper. And I gotta try that footrest. Seen it a lot at ikea haha.
Wow... amazing 🤩🤩🤩
Thanks 🤗
esta realmete bueno tu setup, se ve muy cool !!
thank you!
Nice setup! I’m interested to watch more on ergonomic chairs content!
Ok! That will be my next video
Very nice.
Hope you move out in 2023 - LOL. Can't wait to see more room and desk setups. Great job!!! Looks real good.
hahaha ya desk setup its my passion now
Hello, Congratulations Cool 👍👏👏
ikea norli storage.. great choice
Very nice! I have the same keyboard too! I also have the Halo 75 in white. I think that would look great, too in your setup. :)
wow u must love their keyboard a lot, wanted to check out their low profile air series
For me the best ever chair is the Vitra Headline, I totally recommed you to try it. Nice setup by the way!
thanks for sharing!
Nice setup!
thanks man
this video was so cool. it popped up in my feed lol. glad i watched! u killed it!
Thx thx!
@AlexTeo all good. really good ideas. Ikea good place for furniture like quality wise?
@@dazgg9164 shopping at ikea means you just want it cheap haa
@AlexTeo ok lol. was a bit confused over when you cutting it it had cardboard in it?
@@dazgg9164 yeah its all cardboard inside lol
Very nice and pleasing setup. I bought a Halo65 as my first prebuilt mechanical keyboard too and I’m very happy with it. Did some simple and cheap mod to make it much quieter and one of the thing that made a big difference are the Gamakay Phoenix (linear, silent) switches. Btw your halo96 width seems to have taken most of your desk mat space and very limited space for your mouse, especially for gaming
Steelcase quite frequently have sale in SG. Not sure if you considered the Gesture chair but if you waited, can get 25% off, around 1.8k+ sgd for option with headrest.
Not sure what kind of games you’re into, but if it’s FPS, just note that Felt’s surface makes the accuracy inconsistent for fast fps. Other than fps, felt is fine. I like the look of felt desk mat and wanted to get it until I found out about this from my research. Since I primarily play COD MW2, I decided not to get felt
She mainly plays mmo and arpg like diablo4 now haa so thats fine, size of mousepad is also ok, no complaints from her
Hey there! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I completely agree with your suggestion of getting the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule. It's a versatile tool that can help keep your desk and other spaces clean. The vacuuming and blowing capabilities, along with its portable design, make it a practical choice. Plus, the reasonable price compared to other brands is definitely a bonus. Check it out and let me know what you think!
Very well and professional desk setup. Love it. It gives me some inspiration as I have most of items in your video and yet my home office desk looks clutter 🤭
takes effort to keep things tidy haa
awesome!!!!!
Thanks!
Find we have many similar choices across your videos. Seat - I use steelcase leap at work and herman miller embody at home (waiting for atlas headrest). Mouse - logitech G604 as hybrid, find it has better battery life than basilisk. NAS - I've been using 8 bay synology nas - it lasts forever (current one 12 yrs old) and can just keep adding hdd every 2-3 yrs to spread batch failure and to another back-up (I use two partition within same NAS); soon will have to look at 10G network. For monitor, I'm waiting for 4k oled else I'd have gotten a alienware or samsung 34". For decor, I got a dalibor farny nixie clock instead of flyte. Noted you stopped using your divoom - got tired of it? :)
wow great minds think alike! Too bad the 38" alienware is just IPS and not qd-oled... the divoom quietly sitting on my shelf haa
Nice vid
Great setup! if it was me i'll be adding a blinds to cover the other room if someone is watching so i won't be distracted easily when im working or gaming. :)
can get those switchable privacy glass if you got the budget haa
@@AlexTeo true, still budget will be the key factor! Hahaha
Really clean set-up! Wanted to DIY a similar settee but my windows are half height instead of 3/4 so realised it would look weird.
thx! yeah half will be too weird to do settee
Looks really good! Well done Alex. Guess its time for me to re-do my gaming room as well. Hahaha.
Yeah man, time to do some tech refresh!
Hi Alex, you make very good home videos, I have learned so much and am subscribed.I am purchasing a new home soon and will definitely use tips from all your videos. One request, I enjoy gymming too, would you be open to creating a video about your home gym? The items you would recommend, the flooring you chose, equipments to get and the price point.Thank you.
Thanks for the sub! I did have a home gym video couple of years back, but maybe time to intro some fitness tech inside haa
Love your setup and videos! Keep it going!
About the NAS system, will you be planning to do a comparison video? I have used the Synology at office and now contemplated between that and WD my Cloud Home, for personal use.
unlikely that i will do a dedicated video on NAS based on the videos you see in this channel
Just bought the deskmat off shopee can't wait to test it out!
thanks for the support! remember not to reverse roll a wool felt desk mat
@@AlexTeo received the product! Amazing quality and putting the green tea bag into the packaging to eliminate the smell is a nice touch 😄👍🏽
I have a steelcase leap too, used for about 4 years, sometimes I wished I got a chair with mesh fabric because it gets pretty hot after awhile (and Im sitting under a fan as well), but my back definitely has no complains 😆
Seat is actually fine, more of the back that gets a little warm . Which fabric you picked?
@@AlexTeo Buzz2!
your study room is my inspiration for me to build a similar one in my new home next year..lol
happy to hear that!
me me me, pick me for desk makeover for my new place, hehehee! 🤣🤣🤣 look soooo awesommmmeeee, definitely a place to be creative and productive! oh, chairs review plssss!! 😍
hahaha, new place also means its not a makeover 🤣
Super chio setup! Puts mine to shame. Would love to know where that floating light bulb is from too!
always got room for improvement! i think there are a few companies selling similar floating light bulb concept, i added where i got mine in the video description
Wow just beautiful! Very impressive Alex! I'm not so much of a tech person, but I really like how you put everything together so nicely - the sette, the plant at the corner and the lights! Can I ask what's the size and model of ceiling fan you are using?
thx thx, just using the smallest fanco fan, cheap n good
Hey there! Thanks for checking out my setup! I appreciate the kind words. As for the ceiling fan, it's the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule. It's a compact and powerful tool that's great for keeping your space clean and organized. The vacuuming and blowing capabilities make it super versatile. You should definitely give it a look!
Hey Alex! Love your videos, your smart home video gave me a lot of ideas especially with the ZigBee smart switches!
Could you also do a video on your NAS? I've been considering synology for an alternative to cloud subscription storage and there isn't a lot of Singapore based NAS videos out there :')
haha very niche topic man
I love those windows and the fact that you discover ikea is using cheap material.
Loving your desk set-up videos! where did you buy your floating light bulb from?
added the link in the video description!
Steelcase leap ftw.. it is insanely comfortable, just wished it had gesture arms
leap > gesture imo
Chair videos will always be appreciated!
Ok! Will do that next
Wow, great vid! You addressed almost everything I’m interested in for my own desk setup :D
Where did you get the NAS and drives here in SG?
& is the white square planter also from the Nordli series? :D
Link in the video description for the synology NAS! Plant pot is i custom order one in taobao haa
Is there a link to the wallpaper? Good video btw. You earned a sub.
I need to learn some DIY skills! Would love to do something similar with my study room
yeah i am also learning to be more hands on!
I am living in Australia but was just in Singapore 2 weeks ago. I was trying to work out where you lived from your view outside your window then you talked about the cost of the chair in SGD and I understood! I have been tossing up whether to buy a SecretLabs chair or not, they are very expensive. Then you talk about your chair and the SecretLabs look not so expensive. all the best.
yeah i won't say a secretlab chair is very expensive imo
I would like to know where you bought the electric table I am looking for one at a very good price thanks you Alex
Dude, amazing space, congratz! Loved the way you place your office inside a "aquarium". BTW, can you provide the desktop wallpaper??
sorry man, i just download them, didn't save the url of my wallpapers
@@AlexTeo It's fine, after the comment, I search online and found it! Thanks anyway!!
@@shikomartins wow pro haa
Very great and very good looking setup
I recommend you to get an arm for the monitor it'll be great.
its something i actually can't decide haa, the current stand provides a lot of stability, nice RGB lighting while a mounting arm on the other hand gives you more space
Nice drawer for a window seat. Do you ever find yourself just looking out the window sometimes? must be nice to have such view, that's what I'm aiming for in the future for sure!
always looking out!
What is aquarium screen saver u r using?
Hi Alex,
Like your video a lot.
Where did you get the bench pad from?
Thanks for listing the links. They are useful.
From taobao :)
nice
Hi Alex great videos. Can you do a video to tell us what your energy usage is per month, your electricity bill etc with your smart devices and AC etc. Thanks!
I will talk about this in my next smart home tour video
would really love more NAS videos. ever thought of building your own nas with your own parts instead?
don't think so haa, just gonna get a ready made
WOW! Finally desk setup video from Singaporean that I truly enjoyed watching! Looking at this I really need to revamp my current studio 😅 Nicely edited and scripted and definitely great setup Alex.
Thanks mate! I love desk setup videos but unfortunately there is no singapore youtubers in that space
really nice setup, can see you put lotsa effort into getting your dream study room. so what happens to your old workspace? the chair, table, desktop etc
Sold the chair on ny carousell, table top thrown, PC moved to another place for light usage
Great looking set up! Will it make better sense for the CPU to be placed on the left, near the window? This is so the hot air from the CPU can be exhausted out the window instead of into the room.
ya but unfortunately the casing transparent side is not suitable to go to the left
Awesome Alex, one quick question, where did you get the cushion above the Nordli large drawer? The size fits perfectly to become windowbed. Thanks a lot in advance
From taobao
such a great guide for my future setups, would you mind sharing what are the keywords you searched for when building the customized settee cushion?
Can just refer to my daobao link
@@AlexTeo I dont think you have it on your desc!
