Okay, VERY COOL!!!! We will absolutely try this. The Miyoko liquid cheese is pretty cool. I haven't had it yet, but the concept is the same as a liquid mozzarella from the One Hour Dairy Free Cheese book, which is an AMAZING book. Basically any of the cheeses, if you want them super melty, you don't add any agar agar and use them straight from the blender. So if we want pizza, we quickly blend up the cheese and pour it on. It actually thickens enough to hold toppings and forms a little crust at the top. Very cool. Super fast, super cheap. Thanks for another great video! I always love seeing you and Jon together. Very nostalgic!

They used to sell these breakfast pizzas back in the 90s. They included green onions and pan sausage crumbled, with or without cheese. So delicious! 😅
Looks like a frittata. Delicious! Try blending Dahl yellow lentils (presoaked) plus water, salt and seasonings. Blend it to either a crêpe consistency. I cook it on iron skillet flipping it after it bubbles a bit using the offset spatula. Bam vegan crust.

I love the Just EGG, I make omelets regularly, I also make this potato pie quiche thing.
(recipe)--Make pie crust add cheese on bottom sauted onion/peppers with garlic, Mediterranean Italian seasoning, broccoli chopped small, salt/pep I layer it with sliced (left over baked potatoes) cooked beyond sausage sliced more cheese, then another layer of everything but the cheese I then season the Just Egg with black salt, garlic powder and nooch, pour over and bake between 375-400 cover edges of crust first 30 minutes. When it's almost done add cheese to top cook until melted. Everyone in my family enjoys this meal, I serve with side salad.
I have also made this sort of frittata thing too only I Iike to add a few veggies.
LOL sorry for going on, but maybe someone will make this to take to a holiday event! Fun watching y'all.
Edit- if you are up to it grate babybel cheese, it's so creamy.

Looks like a fun dish. Don't have JustEgg where I live, but I can make the split mung bean substitute mixture, and I know that cooks up great.

Jon was a little stressful to watch just being honest I like your solo videos better I like the old vids but I like your solo videos better not saying anything negative about Jon I'm sure he's cool dude your solo videos are more enjoyable
I don't think I'd make this. It'd feel like a waste of good ingredients making a sub-par pizza. Glad you had fun making it though.
