Your bubbly character and high spirit never fails to make me happy. Sometimes i do think i cant enjoy a desert as such being on a vegan diet but you make it look so easy. Thank you

Made this today, amazing!! Its hard not to eat the whole thing & I love that it's super easy...i changed one thing, to make it healthier, instead of the powder sugar I used dates to sweeten the coconut cream. Thank you!

If you add in the vanilla once you take it off the heat it will give it a lot more flavor. Boiling the vanilla make it evaporate and the flavor goes away. :) Just a tip!

Oh yum! I made vegan coconut spicy rice tonight and I think my dad really loved it because he was going to town on it! Falthers day i did not have time to make it so tonight I made it and he was happy! Oh plus i made cake pops. They where not vegan but they came out cute. For the kids for the 4th.

    Beautiful recipe. I love parfaits.
Love the tip about chilling the canned cocoanut milk. I wish I'd known about this before. I use cocoanut milk in soups. Well this is something new.
Also well done in champagne glasses, but cool in wine glasses & martini glasses. I place them in the freezer for 5 minutes before serving. Icy. Nice.

There's not much difference between corn starch and tapioca starch though. I think glutinous rice flour would work well too.
    Anyways, thanks for the recipe!

so weird what americans understand under the term of "parfait". It comes from france and its actually a kind of solid icecream and it has nothing to do with what americans do - both things seem delicious though
