Nice to see someone actually fit a UPVC sash window properly, I have seen way too many installed leaving the original box frame in place, which usually results in too much PVC being visible around the window and just looks wrong and ugly. As well as looking ugly, the original box frame is likely to be already rotten and will only rot more.

What's the trim called that goes in the window track, the bit he slides up to put the screw in?

It was very painful to watch working timber windows being ripped out. How much plastic and form going back in its place.😢
