Using a 1x30 to Repair and Sharpen a Shun Sora

This Shun Sora came in with a broken tip and a few chips. I repaired and sharpened it using a Rikon Variable Speed 1x30 belt sander (50-161VS). Deburring was done on a Rikon half speed grinder and a homemade cardboard wheel and chromium oxide compound. Followed by a Rikon 6" Low Speed Buffer with a clean hard felt wheel.
