Tinariwen: you are inspiration and medicine to this crazy world we live in. Your will and determination proved to the world against all odds with minimal resources to form a band and contribute these great music and songs. Why need psychiatrist and self-help books to feel good. You are complete medicine in one package. From your stories one can learn to appreciate everything in life. From you songs and music one can nurture the soul, heart, mind the body. Love you deeply. Love you deeply.
I saw them in Montreal and shared tea with them backstage. They are polite and welcoming although not big talkers, you get the message. Their feelings are known in their songs and there is a vibration you feel right away in the few minutes of their playing.
