I don't know what resolution I used, but I find increasing the internal resolution past 1080p is a good idea, even if the monitor is only 1080p. I used two codes in this video. One was a no interlace code, and the other one was related to the motion blur that this game normally has. This body of this car is looked like a BMW Z3 of this game, hm on original Outrun, it was a Ferrari Testarossa mainly.

How did you manage to make it look so clean? Normally, it looks kinda blurry even with the resolution set to 1080p and no filters on PCSX2.

For this version, looks like it's the fictional car now, called Valcuereuir.
They didn’t have a the Ferrari licence so just put in some generic sports car design. Looks more like a bmw z4 or something.
