Thank you so much for sharing the above video. Very much needed. You are both very caring and concerned. Share videos which you think we need to get well soon. You are a gem of a person ❤❤
Another position that isolates the hip nicely is one most of us use daily. Place affected foot on ground, push toe to ground while crossing unaffected side foot over affecyed knee. I'm working on doing this every morning as I put on socks and shoes. It's working! Headed Into 3 years post Cerebellar bleed I'm starting to feel like I know this body again, a d can live in and with it. Gratitude to you, Dr. TObias.
You're the BEST Dr. Tobias! This is a fabulous video as I am still not flowing with walking. Thank you for donating your time to us. Have a great week 😁
Great to see you this week Teresa! Glad to know the things you are currently working on. You got this! Don't give up on that walking! It will flow more and more!
A very well focused detail when it is to be pushed away from the soil forward, at that moment I feel that I have no strength in the affected leg as in healthy. These exercises will surely fix it. I need that. Thanks Tara, nice week.
Sincere appreciation for this knowledge and practical assistance. I've had several TIAs and two strokes since I was 27 (I'm now 49). Since then countless hours of physiotherapy sessions failed to relieve my spasticity; until i saw your video and decided to follow your instruction. Aftercjust 2 sessions, my gait has improved. My right hip is sore, but for the first time in a long time, it feels amazing! Perhaps I overdid :)
Thank you for watching and for sharing your amazing progress! This will certainly be an encouragement to so many people in this community! Keep going and keep sharing your wins! I am cheering you on from afar 😊
Thank you so much for sharing, Ms. Tobias! This is definitely what I needed this week with it starting to get cold and my spasticity deciding to intensify!

Part of it may be because everyone is at a different stage of tolerance. I'm 28 with a hyper athletic body. I can take a little painand do many more reps. Your 78 year old grandma probably cant.

Thanks for watching and for commenting Darrell! Glad it was helpful!
You never mention time. For spasticity I do exercises until I can't. Waiting until I start to buckle, then start the next. Am I overdoing it?

Even if someone helps me to flex , my feet just slip
