Thank you!!! I am running my fort marathon on May 19th. This info about the nutrition is so helpful. I have been trying to clock in my nutrition on my long runs. This was massively helpful for some number markers for carbs and sodium

I’ve just found you, and I’m doing the London Marathon. I will be back, I’m hooked. The negative self talk is amazing. I always think, can I do this for ten minutes? I used to be addicted to exercise, and now I’m over that and mostly fully recovered from bulimia I hope to just have an amazing day on Sunday for my first ever marathon. May not be my last.

you sound like you need a size or half size up in the alphaflys, mine have loads of room by my toes and had no problems doing a marathon in them yesterday
