Discipline is highest form of self love. It’s something we get to do and isn’t that is amazing? ❤

for months i was feeling more disciplined than ever, tending to my all my needs, showing up for myself daily in my healthy habits and routines, but then i recently went through something pretty rough in my life and have since found myself lacking discipline and returning back to familiar yet harmful habits and patterns. this video was exactly the reminder i needed to align again and divinely timed indeed ! thank you shika. all love ❤

I’m so so grateful to u and I’m so happy to find u… I was brought up being physically mentally and emotionally abused by my narcissistic “mother “ … I’m 45 now and till struggle daily with anxiety and panic disorder, the depression is so bad. This video brought me to tears and my whole body is so tense… I never thought my lack of discipline could be related to my abusive relationship with my “mother”. From the bottom of my heart I thank u so much… I’ve been on such a journey over the years… just found u this evening and u are giving me hope for a happier future THANK YOU! ❤

Thank you so much for this topic. I personally struggle with discipline with self, because as you mentioned the way that I was disciplined as a child. I Find myself resistance when I don’t follow through with my endeavors so I shut down like I did as a child. Definitely gave some enlightenment ❤

This has been so helpful! Thank you for the medicine sis 👏🏾
One part that resonated a lot for me is the need to integrate the energy shifts and the new levels of consciousness I’ve been given in order to apply it to life experience. I really struggled to feel safe here after my awakening and this helps a lot!
Also really looking at the way I received discipline as a child and how it felt like control and I can not stand being controlled so I was subconsciously rejecting self discipline as well even as I was was consciously trying to apply it! Sending so much love to you!

Love the way your mind works, thank you for sharing these insights❤. I love considering the idea of integrating after spiritual awakening rather than being on a pendulum swinging back and forth. I have been through periods of life where I was intensely disciplined (got lots of important shit done) but I was often disembodied in those times, and in the last few years I have been dancing with discipline to find a more grounded and integrated way of bringing myself and my gifts to the world 💕☀️.

Thank you so much for this, it felt as if it was a message directed at me as I have been going through healing for the entire month of March and this gives me more perspective around my trauma and healing of my relationship with money. Thank you so much Shika ever since I found your youtube page my life has changed in so many ways.

Because habits are hard to break. Because the unknown is shaky, scary, n a lil unstable... uncomfortable... navigating what you don't know... you never did it before sometimes so it takes getting used to and in practice... sometimes we aren't positive or confident enough... sometimes we are dealing w depression or emotional problems, or fatigue or health issues... sometimes we don't feel enough love self worth n self respect for ourselves to motivate us to make those changes, or learned bad habits in our environment as children.... sometimes we don't feel we have enough reasons or motivation to make those changes... and basically it's easier to stay I our comfort zones.... it takes a lot to change n it starts with your belief n faith in yourself n in positive outcomes, and the way we talk to ourselves n think... and it's also about prioritizing...

Wow U always hit home for me.the self discipline topic has always been an issue for me.i seem to be fighting and screaming Inside over anything that wasn't fun. Fun in my eyes I guess.ive always been very envious of people who just seem to naturally do what needs to be done and have a joyous attitude about it. But now that I heard U speak about what when on my childhood as far as discipline, chores, control, punishment etc etc it makes alot more sense and I hope I can continue on my journey of change with more hope.i can't believe how much just a few inner child mediations on forgiving and loving myself at age 4,8 ,15 etc has helped so I'm looking forward to many other inner child topics. I don't blame my Mom anymore either.i see she did the best she could with what she knew. And that forgiveness of her and others started when I forgave myself.thank you for this topic and I love how U go to the root meaning of words. Ive always been a "why" kinda person since I was little And proper definitions help me alot.Being told to do something without an explanation as to why never settled well with me.sounds like I've rebelling most of my life. it's not something I want to continue.thank you again. I love ur process of explaining everything. ❤❤❤

Yess! I’ve never liked being told what to do 🥴lol and I’m learning to channel that determination and willfulness into my manifestations and not just rejecting the trait all together 💕
And I’m so proud of you for allowing yourself to forgive yourself and others because as simple as it may sound it’s not easy! Sending love and light as you continue this journey 🫶🏾🌟👑

@@TheeStarQueenDrea thank you so much for that.im completely alone in this whole process of letting my ego die and living to become as authentic as possible.which means a ton of shadow work and going within living from the heart. And while I no longer look at being alone as loneliness but rather a gift it's still nice to hear anyone is proud of me and acknowledging the hard work I've done. I greatly appreciate that. Thank you again 💯 💞

@@tarafaulkner same girl, same! I’m so glad to hear it was what you needed! I was a devout Christian before I had my latest awakening and all of my friends and family are Christians. My practices are considered demonic to them so I just stay to myself about it for now and I’ve been navigating this with my guides, the Archangels. I was finally also led to one beautiful soul who is about an hour away and she is now my reiki master. I’m just now getting out of hermit mode and recognizing some communities not far from me that I’m looking to connect with at some point. Coming from a Religious background I really didn’t trust all spiritual people so I’ve been really doing my own thing with The Holy Spirit and my guides.
Your community will emerge when you are ready 🥰 always following your Divine guidance ✨🕊️

I use abuse pills cause I wanted to escape my thoughts and in bad cycle. Since stopping taking pills I be disciplined and doing and knowing and accomplishing and freeing and loving myself and doing and ignoring society and how discipline should look like. ❤
