It's a deep dive into the interplay between motivation and purpose, and how discipline acts as a steady guide through life's highs and lows. One of the best videos I've encountered on the subject of self help. I've viewed many, but always found it difficult to bridge the knowledge to my actions. This provides that answer for me. Thank you so much for sharing this.

Incredibly well-produced. Just ... pure gold. I just supported another site, and when my patient wife forgives me for that, I will support this one as well. Thank you.

The problem with the idea of motivation is that it's entangled in the web of modern-day self-proclaimed gurus. The internet is flooded by them, and most just talk about money. People suffer from 'overchoice'. So, avoiding this, I would say, would require discipline.

      That’s easy
      Just dont engage
      Discipline comes from within anyways

    1. Discipline “short-circuits” the contemplation of options.
    2. Discipline just DOES.

I am a real day trader and that advertisement is complete garbage and I can't believe you would actually put it on your page. People like that guy are the cause of people going bankrupt thinking it's that simple it's not it's got the steepest learning curve of anything known in Western education intelligence I really hope nobody falls through with that link but I highly doubt it if they're watching this video

Discipline is the art of doing what you hate. What if we started learning to love what we do instead?

Are anti goals = goals? Say goal= save up to buy something, anti goals= disciplined spending, so not doing something is = to action towards goal? Or nah?
