This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RUclips channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,428 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

@@A2Zee. Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say that you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my RUclips channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a RUclipsr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. I ain't better than anyone else but my old self. That's all that really makes this RUclips thing more meaningful and enjoyable. Thanks so much for your support! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)

@@wendillasfam Thank you! Consistency is also really important for any growth. In fact, my bags were stolen not too long ago and I'm basically back to zero. This is just another challenge that I have to overcome. Setbacks are just part of life and so learning and growth. This is what my channel is all about. About being strong whatever life throws at me although it’s not always easy to stay strong especially during storms but at least try to take even little steps even when it gets tougher. Keeping in mind I'm not immune to challenges in life like everybody makes me focus on solutions. It sucks and I was feeling down for a few days after it happened but I chose to bounce back and start all over again after losing months' worth of work as my hard drives were in my stolen bags. 80% of my camera gears are gone but I recently bought new ones to keep going. Obviously, it will slow down the completion of my next video but as long as I am moving forward, that's all that really counts.

All comes down to: just do what you know is RIGHT. Ironically the solution here is also the problem!! One possible pushing inner-force is the actionable “5-seconds-count-down” approach introduced by Mel Robinson. Still I’m unable till this moment to apply it effectively.. you know the frustration you feel when you something is easy and good for you but you still can’t find the courage to get up your ass and just do it? God help us beat our inner enemy 🤲🏽

This is my GIFT to you and anyone reading this.. These suggestions have made me the person I am today. So take one or two or all of them and transform yourself to a super being. Thank me later. I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results.
    1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper.
    2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life.
    3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins.
    4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room.
    5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF.
    6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post.
    7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water.
    8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain.
    9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other.
    10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma.
It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results.
What have you got to lose, try some or ALL and see your results. Let me know know too.
Have a great day... and thanks for reading.

If it doesn’t, consider that procrastination is a coping skill. It causes us to avoid things, usually out of fear. So think about what the underlying issue is.
For example, it could be a fear of failure, obviously, but could also be a fear of success.

Feel you bro. Currently dating an alcoholic girl. Gave her one last chance. Using December as a way to reset so I hit 2024 with established habits. I might leave her as it’s beyond toxic but I still cling on to her good days. This has led to a depressed state. The wrong woman WILL destroy you. I’ve been depressed all my life and I told myself that I would get on Prozac if I fail this December. I need/crave a change. If lifestyle changes don’t help me then I’m going to get medicated and I hella don’t want that.

I would agree with you. Anytime you are changing you got to change your environment first, think outside the box and have more patience. People often don't want you to change because they are not able to use you no more. Always remember it's the best option for you not for them. If it was easy everyone would be doing it.

Poor understanding of how humans work in the daily reality.
Absence of understanding, amongst others, how the subconscious mind works and how that is what truly controls our behaviours.
The title of his book should be How to build more culpability and anger towards yourself, as people fail to apply his techniques for more than 3 days before going back to old self sabotage's habits.
Subconscient mind is a key understanding. I'd advise anyone to study about it, which he certainly hasnt done, to regain our self power. Good luck everyone and good luck me
