How Can a Vegetable Taste so Good! Baked Garlic Cauliflower, try it!

- A delicious cauliflower recipe the whole family will enjoy. Coated with Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika and smothered in an oregano garlic cream sauce. It’s an amazing surprise!
I’m proud to say the cauliflower was home grown from my little raised vege patch. For this recipe you will need a large whole cauliflower. Make sure you chose one that’s very fresh, nice and tight, otherwise they can fall apart. You want to cook it so it’s quite tender. You don’t want crunchy stems for this, it needs to be tender, Al dente is perfect. Firm without crunch. I like to pierce the larger stems to help cook more evenly.
Once cooked, check that it’s tender by inserting a a knife, quite deeply into the thickest stems.
The sauce can break apart a little, so mix it well and it should come together nice and creamy. Drizzle over the sides, not on top, so you keep the nice colour red crusty exposed. You can also continue cooking with the lid off a few minutes if the cheese hasn’t browned.
This can be a side dish or a meal on its own. Serve it hot with a salad.

I like cauliflower, and I,d love your home grown more, I think it's an enchanted vegetable, it's a beautiful huge White rose that transforms by the magic of cooking into delicious golden bushes.
Here we cook it something like Japanese tempura, ⏹️we cut it by hands into small pieces
⏹️steam it a little
⏹️put it in the tempura mixture
⏹️leave it in the fridge for an hour
⏹️and then deep frying
It smells, looks and tastes all of them are amazing, it's local and popular our way but your recipe looks healthy, simple to make, and looks more delicious with its golden color and this cream sauce .. I will definitely try it and I'm sure it will be great.

Made this tonight for dinner. Had a bit of leftover rice that I warmed up & topped with a bit of the garlic cream sauce. My wife & I ate the whole head, it was so good. The only change I might try next time is reducing the sauce a bit once the cauliflower is finished in the oven. If Chef Joel posts a recipe you know it will be great!
