It's not because of this error.. it's because of the BIOS setting of your PC is disoriented
Pls check your bios and set priority as HDD for proper booting to the OS
I did the same when give continue loading and pop up

None of these worked but then I opened Recovery Manager and then exited out and it gave me an option to reboot and I did that. Fixed it
