Tearing out a gas tank that still has the factory red plugs installed. Removing the front & rear suspension of a truck without 1 stonechip on the frame paint job. What a relatable build!
Roadkill, yeah (but i'm not going to pay for them) but Stacey David, i can't stand him, never could. His "Laugh Talk" drives me up the wall. i'll take any sunday morning host over Stacey David. And his theme guitars........ i won't go there.
@@ccmyart I like Stacy David, I liked when he hosted Trucks, I watch the show now and I like the tech but personality is a big part of any show. Stacy David gets the tech down as well as has a personality that is entertaining to watch.
Especially the main dude.....such a dolt. Anyone mechanically inclined with a shop, a parts catalog and a pile of money could do this in a week. The only thing they did that required "skill" was making the brake lines, and that's still not rocket appliances. Doubt I'll be back for more.
Oh I wouldn't drive this build. Around 13:40 he tightens the spindle not for the front wheel hub with a crescent wrench. They are supposed to be torqued to a set torque, then backed off and torqued to a running torque. Those wheels are coming back of in under 2,000 miles.

Did he just say that he puts the wheel bearing castle nut on hand tight and then backs it off 3 whole turns? Anybody else do it this way? I've always snugged it up, backed it off until it turned freely and then backed it off just enough to fit the cotter pin.
Love these trucks. I have had mine for 27 years and just about finished it's 2nd rebuild. Sure wish this was a better show, don't need all the clowning around. Would much rather see the details about the build than the poor attempt at humor or whatever these guys think this is. I am surprised LMC and CPP go along with this type of BS for their show.
front spring removal sketch level 1000. Sheesh. You could have dropped a motor and wheels on that thing and anyone would have been happy to get it. nice end result though. Love the Gilligans Island remixes lol
Every deanship I've worked at had dudes with different personalities, but for video purposes, I would think they would tone it done. We had dudes that blew things up to sticking lunch pickles on the ceiling. They are still there. It's not about them but the build. Can I get the front / rear springs for cheap? Seriously!!! But, with any 50 year old vehicle, if you want to drive safe and reliably, you have to go thru everything, including updating the glass fuses in the box and brakes. If you can't be silly once and a while, you'll grow stale. Where are the torque wrenches? Stock springs wanted in Omaha. ASE Master Tech retired.
I mean I wish I could tear apart a perfectly good $20k tuck for no reason..... Who’s going to relate to this build? No ones going to ever tear down a truck this nice.
I only watched this because it's a c10 build but the show was poorly done. I have a 72 that needs plenty but I would not let these clowns touch my truck.

Yeah. Everything was very clean. I prefer Stacey David or Roadkill.

The LS is great but love that you put a big block in it!👍🇺🇸👍🇺🇸
I saw this truck live in Tyler, Texas at Woodys Accessories and Off-road!!! What an amazing ride!!! SHAZAM!!!
The LED lights conversions are Awesome
that chassis already clean and shiny, someone has done it. lucky to you
They should call this show impact everyday
This reminds me of Shop class...
Absolutely beautiful truck!
No idea what's happening but I'm thoroughly enjoying it
This truck is sick
i enjoyed how real this is...coming from a mechanic
I try, I mean I really try to watch these videos, but the "personalities" just ruin the build.

I agree. A bunch of dorks with tattoos.
It kills me how many of these "Custom Builders" can't even get the f@*%ing firing order right on the first try...
Man that trucks looks like its been rebuilt just for the show.
They need to quit calling these "Builds" and call them "Sponsor Assemblies"
Omg love this truck
Dude! You would have to go though this whole truck and check every nut and bolt. lol
Glasses Trucker Hat Guy needs a reality check.
I bet those guys at CPP love working with that old guy.
Saludo amigos excelente los felicito éxito Dios me los Bendiga
Tighten the suspension with it all the way down!!! Then just throw the bearing in with no extra grease

I think he was joking - backing it off 3 whole turns would be crazy loose.
Nice truck
Hi love ur channel

Exactly what I was thinking. I figured they get all the parts for free. And it’s just advertising all the parts.
I used LMC metal to restore the bottom 8” of my 70’s cab!
Super nasty sounding buddy did a good job beautiful l truck
Incredible that in just 5 days it is possible to build a truck like this, congratulations. Greetings from Buenos Aires Argentina (South America).
What was u smoking dude ?
I have the same truck just for drag racing
Congratulations...
What you giving it away WHAT! I never Hear of this ! Put the next one in my driveway
Why does the front suspension have 50 years of grease & grime on it, yet the frame & rear suspension is so clean you could eat off of it?
Man, I wish I had known ahead of time! I would’ve entered the contest to win this amazing truck! I love this build!
1:06:30 Someone please call a real mechanic!

I think the title needs a few more words. 😄😄😄
These trucks are always given to someone who's a retired doctor or they already have 5 of them.
You guys do nice builds i would say a perfect build for sure.
Hollywood staged .......should do one with the crew from fast and furious 😠
How many times can You watch a gang of assemblers put a mail-order truck together?

Oh god.... They let these clones do another build xD

Clowns
What road side did you pick these people up
what do u have to do to get a chance to win the truck
Did you seriously cut through the wrong beam? Duuude 🤦♂️
Can't believe they went through all that work then splashed gasoline all over the place.

When is the next giveaway.
Thats my old truck does it have three on the tree?
Cuanto sale un trabajo de esta clase
Nice truck. I've got some show ideas that go beyond "build shows" however.
What color red is that.
Intelligent design practiced builders seem bored at assembly.
Wheres the wipers
I mean I wish I could tear apart a perfectly good $20k tuck for no reason.....
Who’s going to relate to this build? No ones going to ever tear down a truck this nice.
Oh cool. Another one not on MOTD.
Should have used an LS.
The real "nucklehead" is at 46:46 putting a shiny metal object between the positive and negative posts 🤯 on the battery (brain malfunction???)
Hasse Thorslund what could happen man ? I mean I know what’s gonna happen but what’s your take on it ?
What look is that at 1:34...
Just show the real guys that come in and do the work....

Thought you guys were being a little harsh, but after watching, this was poorly executed. it was like high school shop week.
I only watched this because it's a c10 build but the show was poorly done. I have a 72 that needs plenty but I would not let these clowns touch my truck.
Jay Whitney needs plenty? This is almost a fully refurbished truck. You don’t even want to see the rust buckets I’m looking at.
Give it to me
I can’t handle the guy with the glasses and apparent knee problems.. he just rubs me the wrong way.
The clowns are in house .You guys trying to show stupidity is a bonus . The person that wins this truck better have it inspected.

Not enjoyable to watch. Give me Dirt everyday, anyday over this.
Do a Ford bronco 2

Hacking away on that classic truck like teenagers in shop class. Unbelievable!
I know one thing no cheap thin Chinese LMC tin going on my project,
Idk I'd drive anything this crew builds. YOU DONT TIGHTEN DOWN SUSPENSION AND STEERING COMPONENTS UNTILL ITS SITTING ON THE GROUND.
Kermit the frog?

Why does it look like they are removing brand new parts? What a waste!
I like the work that you guys do but why do you never ACTUALLY do any engine work..? Is all you guys know how to do just engine swaps..?
