1968 C10 Build Episode 9

As SEMA 2023 very quickly approaches, we make the final touches on our 1968 C10 before taking it to the show. Even with the end near, time is running low and there is still much work to be done in before this truck is show-ready.
First off, we make sure all the wiring and brakes are in working order and the seats are assembled. Once the paint is finished and the body’s looking good, we finish up the dashboard, lighting, and then put the wheels and tires on.
With the finishing touches all complete and after a quick shakedown around town, we’re off to SEMA!

Beautiful truck!
I've watched these series of videos a few times, and I always catch something different. I like the clean look of not having the turn signals in the grill. I'll have to plan for that little mod when I start work on my 68 C10.

Saved it…? How? You built a truck out of Chinese parts. The only thing original is the roof and both the frame rails… 😂
I dunno.. but for me and Purist like me.. it was painful to watch original metal and parts get chopped off just to build it out of mostly Chinese stuff. What a shame..
