Still today the Zawiyya or meeting place, has a Musalla or Islamic prayer area on the ground level and a very different upper room where Sachbeds/Learning takes place. someone please answer me this question i need to know, i’m going to give background information so you can give a correct yes or no answer… my mother says she loves me and does everything for me but she let a crazy man whom she knew was dangerous live in our small 1 bedroom apartment she never asked me and when he eventually physically assaulted me she still let him stay she never apologized….does this mean she doesn’t love me? is this narcissistic love?

i am a dervish and this is what we are taught: We were Jews who became Christian and converted to Islam. Whereas traditional Islam places the emphasis on Mohammed (MPBUH), Sufism centers on The Way (Tarikat) of Isa/Jesus (MPBUH). Knowing this history, Sufism does not prohibit membership based on religion. Still today the Zawiyya or meeting place, has a Musalla or Islamic prayer area on the ground level and a very different upper room where Sachbeds/Learning takes place. Sufis learn in the same manner that Isa/Jesus (MPBUH0 taught by Parables. This is our tradition. DNA sampling of the peoples of the Holy Land could possibly support this Sufism origin story.
