  • What is the Tantra. Or more specifically the ‘Vigyan
Bhairav Tantra’, the scripture af fectionately and broadly just called Tantra in all Eastern- Western communions of language.
Shiva in his Bhairava form stands for the ‘Knower ’ and Bhairavi or the Devi stands for the ‘Known’.
In so, the known asks the knower how to be perceived. The Vigyan Bhairava Tantra is a scripture where the
Goddess is in deep conversation with the God.
Here the goddess denotes the Devi of Outer creation and the God as the Absolute Creation, Shiva or the inner
    self.
These questions and answers of the Tantra form that bridge.
The Devi begins, by asking a series of questions.
One by one, Shiva answers that they are all merely attributes, not his real self.
Then the Devi, who herself is all that is already known, asks her cosmic partner Shiva, the knower to free her
from her doubts and express his true nature.
And here, the answers by Shiva each constitute
techniques to bridge the outer world and go beyond.
But consciousness cannot be known, only experienced.
It is stated that between the questions and answers, there is a gap.
    The Gap
    There are a 112 techniques in the Tantra. Or a 1 12
Sutras or methods that Shiva addresses as answers to the Devi.
These various methods are broadly categorised in three types of qualities, the ‘ Sambhava upaya ’, the
    ‘ Saktopaya ’ a n d t h e ‘ Anava-upaya ’. The first is considered the ideal, and the most difficult.
The second is guru or instruction-enabled and so is medium in achievement and practice.
For centuries, the human mind has been a subject of intense fascination and exploration. While science delves into its mechanics, ancient wisdom traditions offer a unique perspective - a map to navigate its inner landscapes and unlock its true potential. One such treasure trove is the **Vigyaan Bhairav Tantra**, an ancient text containing 112 powerful meditation techniques designed to awaken consciousness and achieve liberation.
The Vigyaan Bhairav Tantra, attributed to the 8th-century Kashmiri Shaivite philosopher, Abhinavagupta, is a remarkable text that transcends the limitations of traditional religious doctrine. It delves into the nature of reality, the power of the mind, and the path to enlightenment, offering practical techniques for achieving profound transformation.
The Vigyaan Bhairav Tantra focuses on the concept of "Shiva" as the ultimate consciousness, and "Shakti" as the energy that fuels it. The text describes these two forces as inseparable, and through their union, a state of pure awareness, or "Samadhi," is attained.
    *Unlocking the 112 Techniques:*
The heart of the Vigyaan Bhairav Tantra lies in its 112 meditation techniques, each designed to target a specific aspect of the mind. These techniques are not rigid practices, but rather flexible tools to be adapted and experimented with, allowing individuals to discover the path that resonates most deeply with them.
    Some of the techniques include:
    * *Focusing on an object:* This involves directing attention to a specific object, such as a candle flame or a mantra, to quiet the mind.
    * *Observing thoughts without judgment:* This technique encourages observing thoughts as they arise and pass without getting caught in their narratives.
    * *Dwelling on the breath:* By focusing on the breath, one can anchor the mind and achieve a state of calmness.
    * *Witnessing the world:* This involves observing the world without engaging in emotional reactions, allowing for a sense of detachment and clarity.
*Benefits of Practicing the Vigyaan Bhairav Tantra:*
The regular practice of these techniques can lead to significant benefits, including:.
The Vigyaan Bhairav Tantra is a powerful tool for exploring the depths of the human mind and achieving liberation. Its 112 meditation techniques provide a unique path to self-discovery, mindfulness, and spiritual awakening. Whether you're seeking inner peace, clarity, or a deeper understanding of yourself, the Vigyaan Bhairav Tantra offers a timeless wisdom that can guide you on your journey of self-exploration.

Shiva is just a symbol for Prakasha, it can't be known or admired, since it is the primordial Knower which is only revealed in the Light of Vimarsha Shakti. You can't say Shiva is beautiful, because by the time this consummation of direct Knowledge dawns, the one to admire is dissolved in Him. Shiva is always hidden. In nirvikalpa samadhi He reveals Himself to Himself, but there is no one left to admire this revelation.

or ''5000 year old'' text, written in 7th Century CE in Kashmir...

    • @quantumgravity639
      @quantumgravity639 5 дней назад

@@e.h.5849 you have not contemplated well, it is more than 5000 years old text and was written 7th Century which was hidden among the Gurus and their disciples , it was actually protected through multiple Tantrik tactics, and only a Guru initiate through these Sutras if the Disciple was worthy . This was completely oral and practical among Akhadas (means the schools ) until Basugupta got the instruction to search for the Stone inscriptions on the great stone , called Shankarpala. He found the inscriptions under the stone immersed into the river. He was instructed because the Barbaric invasions were forthcoming sooner. The invasions completely destroyed the place and killed the Kashmiri Shaivas , so this was important to release the secret teaching among people as there is a wholesome destruction of modern Humans will appear by 2038, then these teachings will be needed to revive the ancient knowledge as remaining people will be frightened enough to touch any more scientific endeavours. As a Mathematical Physicist and a Kashmiri Shaivite I request you deeply not to read it if you cannot at least immerse yourself in the practice at least for a month. But if you do so you will realise yourself. Best from Cambridge, MA

    • @quantumgravity639
      @quantumgravity639 5 дней назад +3

@Nooneself Actually you are right , Lord Shiva also says the same thing in "THE SHIVA SUTRAS", "Yonibargah Kalasharira" , here Yoni is made up of Yoh Dhatu and Shni Pratyaya, which means the Birthplace or the reason of birth and Kaalasharira means Kaala , the cosmic time and Sharira is the cosmic body , means Space, so Spacetime. The thread means Spacetime has a consistent beginning which we Mathematical Physicists now call "The Quantum emergence phenomena of Spacetime". So, Lord Shiva says "whichever exists or thought to be existed once or will exist , it exists in Spacetime because spacetime is the fundamental base or matrix of existences. But spacetime itself has a consistent birth or origination so it will end also but I will not end because I am beyond Spacetime and Spacetime is just a projection of this I". Yes Shiva actually means he who does not exist. Kashmir Shaivism long back announced this, that whatever we contemplate is a result of conditionings, exposures and choice based actions and they create a never ending loop. The same type of concept has been resonated by Logicians especially Kurt Gödel's "Incompleteness theorem" where importance of Epistemic Limitations and Informal Logical Challenges are explored mathematically (Source: Collected works of Kurt Gödel). Even the concept of Spanda in Kashmir Shaivism resonates modern Superstring Theory and curled up dimensions. The parallels between **Spanda** and **String Theory** offer a rich, interdisciplinary framework to explore the vibrational nature of reality. By establishing a rigorous mathematical formalism, we have proposed a testable hypothesis that connects the metaphysical dimensions of Kashmiri Shaivism to the extra dimensions of String Theory. Further research can help bridge the gap between ancient philosophical thought and modern physics, opening new avenues of inquiry into the fundamental nature of existence.
So, as you said mate actually it changes nothing because this world is a reflection of internal impressions and impressions are the constituents of ego. Sorry for this long passage. Best from Cambridge, MA. OM Namaha Shivaya I OM Namaha Shri HariHaraya II
